Tauchman (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Charlotte on Saturday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Tauchman is ready to play in games again after missing nearly a month of action with a Grade 2 right hamstring strain. The veteran outfielder has been limited to just three games this season due to injuries but should be ready to rejoin the White Sox sometime next week if all goes well.

Workman (hip) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Charlotte on Friday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Workman had made just one start for the White Sox before going down with a right hip flexor strain earlier this month. However, he has been cleared for games again and could be activated close to when he's first eligible Sunday.

Lee (ankle) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Charlotte on Friday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.

Lee has missed the last month of action with a left ankle sprain but is ready to test things out in a game setting. With Edgar Quero now with the big club, Lee is not guaranteed to be added to the major-league roster once he's deemed physically ready.

The Tigers recalled Montero from Triple-A Toledo to serve as their 27th man for Thursday's doubleheader against the Rockies.

Montero's last MLB appearance came during a spot start in a doubleheader April 26, and he'll be called upon to start the nightcap again Thursday. The 24-year-old righty owns a 5.93 ERA through 13.2 innings with the Tigers this season and will likely head back to Toledo once his 27th-man duties are completed.

Single-A Lakeland placed Wilson on the full-season injured list May 5 with an undisclosed injury.

The No. 76 overall pick in 2023, Wilson walked more batters than he struck out last year while pitching only in the Florida Complex League as a 19-year-old. He struck out 11 and walked six in 6.1 innings through three appearances before suffering the season-ending injury.

Dingler is out of the lineup for the first game of Thursday's doubleheader in Colorado.

Tomas Nido will handle the catching duties for the first game of the day, but Dingler is expected to be back behind the plate for the nightcap.

Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said Thursday that Eflin (lat) will "more than likely" start Sunday's game against the Angels, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Hyde had already committed to Eflin returning from the 15-day injured list to make a start this weekend, and now he's revealed which day Eflin is lined up to take the ball. The veteran hurler threw only 58 pitches in his lone rehab outing, so his workload will be relatively limited against the Halos.

Greene is not in the lineup for the first game of Thursday's doubleheader in Colorado.

Greene should be back in there for the nightcap, but he will receive some rare rest in the first game of the twin bill. The Tigers are going with Zach McKinstry in left field for the first game Thursday.

Rodriguez gave up a hit and struck out two in 1.1 scoreless innings Wednesday to record his third hold of the season in a loss to the Angels.

Jeff Hoffman wound up blowing the save in the ninth, but not before Rodriguez breezed through the top of the Halos' order in the seventh and eighth innings to pick up his first hold since April 1. Both Hoffman (six runs allowed in his last two appearances) and Yimi Garcia (seven runs in his last two) have begun to crack under heavy early-season workloads, and while Rodriguez hasn't been particularly consistent himself, he has pitched better over the last few weeks, posting a 3.48 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 10:5 K:BB over his last 10.1 innings. The 28-year-old righty could be in line to become a regular part of Toronto's high-leverage crew.

Double-A Portland placed Mullins on the 7-day injured list May 5 with an undisclosed injury.

Mullins earned a promotion from High-A Greenville on April 29 and made just one start for the Sea Dogs before landing on the shelf. The 24-year-old southpaw has a 1.19 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 37:7 K:BB in 22.2 innings across the two levels, although he walked four in 5.2 innings in his lone Double-A start.
