Vaughn went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Friday against the Marlins.

Vaughn popped his fourth home run of the season in the second inning of Friday's win, his first long ball since April 20. He's still managed some moderate production in that span, hitting .243 with seven RBI and four runs scored across 18 games.

Walker went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored Friday against the Reds.

Walker is slowly shaking off his slow start to the season, and he extended his hitting streak to five games with Friday's performance. He's gone 7-for-20 in that span while striking out only 14.3 percent of the time. Walker is still hitting just .213 for the season, though that number is progressively ticking up.

Hader gave up one hit in a scoreless ninth inning to pick up a save in Friday's 3-0 win over Cincinnati. He struck out three without walking a batter.

After allowing a one-out double to Tyler Stephenson, Hader retired Rece Hinds and Santiago Espinal on strikes to pick up his first save since late April. With a 1.59 ERA and 25:4 K:BB through 17 innings, the 31-year-old southpaw is still clearly one of the most dominant relievers in the game.

Garcia gave up a hit and walked two in a scoreless eighth inning Friday to record his fifth hold of the season in a win over the Mariners. He struck out two.

The veteran righty has handled a heavy, high-leverage workload to begin the season, making 17 appearances in the Blue Jays' first 38 games, and it may be wearing him down. Garcia loaded the bases with nobody out in the eighth on a single, a wild pitch and two free passes before escaping the jam, very nearly suffering his third straight collapse after he got tagged for seven runs across his prior two appearances. He's issued five walks in those three games covering just two innings, and Garcia now carries a 3.94 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 23:9 K:BB through 16 innings on the year.

Brown (6-1) earned the win Friday in a 3-0 win over the Reds, pitching 5.2 shutout innings while giving up two hits and four walks and striking out nine batters.

Although he fell just one out short of collecting his eighth consecutive quality start to begin the season, Brown still put on a brilliant performance Friday. He reached nine strikeouts for the fourth time in a row and allowed the Reds to put a runner in scoring position only twice. With five consecutive wins and a sparkling 1.48 ERA, Brown has plenty of momentum behind him heading into his next start -- tentatively scheduled to come against the Royals on Wednesday.

Bichette went 2-for-3 with two walks and a run scored in Friday's win over the Mariners.

The shortstop is getting locked in at the top of the order for Toronto. Bichette is slashing .279/.354/.419 over the last 10 games with a homer, two steals, three RBI and five runs, and he's reached base multiple times in five of the last six contests.

Wilson didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 6-2 win over Miami after allowing one run on three hits and two walks while striking out one batter in five innings.

The 27-year-old righty put himself in an early hole by walking Xavier Edwards to begin the game before allowing an RBI single to Jesus Sanchez during the following at-bat. However, Wilson was able to settle in nicely afterwards and didn't allow the Marlins to score again while he pitched five full innings for the first time since moving to Chicago's rotation. His next test is lined up to come on the road in Cincinnati.

Dingler went 1-for-3 with a double and an RBI in Friday's 2-1 win over the Rangers.

Dingler continues to provide solid play in the absence of Jake Rogers (oblique), as the former is now batting .291 with a .787 OPS. He's been even better lately with a .364 average and .962 OPS in his last six games. Rogers could be back sometime this month, but until he returns, Dingler should remain the clear top catching option in Detroit.

Dobbins didn't factor into the decision in Friday's 2-1 extra-inning loss to Kansas City, allowing five hits and striking out six batters over six scoreless innings. He did not issue a walk.

Dobbins nearly allowed the Royals to score in the fifth inning after allowing a one-out triple to Kyle Isbel, but a classic 6-2-5-4 double play in the following at-bat allowed the 25-year-old righty to remain blemish-free on the day. With a 2.78 ERA and 1.19 WHIP over 22.2 innings through his first four starts, Dobbins has certainly performed well enough to deserve a spot in Boston's rotation, but whether he makes his next scheduled start against the Tigers on Wednesday will likely depend on the health of Walker Buehler (shoulder).

Kahnle worked around a hit to pitch a scoreless inning of relief and earn a hold in Friday's 2-1 win over the Rangers.

Kahnle has been excellent in his first season with the Tigers, as he's only allowed one earned run through 14 appearances, which has left him with a miniscule 0.61 ERA. The veteran righty recorded his third hold of the year Friday with Will Vest picking up his fourth save. Kahnle has five saves of his own to lead the team, and while Vest looks like the top closing option at the moment, both pitchers could continue to see ninth-inning work moving forward.
