Naylor is not in the lineup for Wednesday's contest versus the Brewers.

Naylor caught both of the first two games of the series but will get a breather for Wednesday's matinee. Austin Hedges will start behind the dish and bat ninth for the Guardians.

Santana is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's game versus the Brewers.

Santana will get a routine day off after starting in each of the previous 11 contests. Kyle Manzardo will play first base for the Guardians on Wednesday.

Orioles manager Brandon Hyde said Wednesday that Westburg suffered a setback in his recovery from a left hamstring strain and has paused his running progression, Jacob Calvin Meyer of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Westburg appeared on pace to begin a rehab assignment at some point later this week, but his return from the 10-day injured list will be pushed back further in light of the setback. Hyde didn't commit to a timeline for Westburg to resume running, so until that happens, a more definitive target date for the All-Star infielder's return will be difficult to pin down. The Orioles brought back Ramon Urias (hamstring) from the IL on Wednesday, and he's expected to serve as the team's regular third baseman while Westburg is on the mend.

Rivera is out of the lineup for the first game of Wednesday's doubleheader versus the Twins.

Rivera had started at third base in each of the last five games, but his playing time is likely to fall by the wayside with the Orioles bringing back Ramon Urias (hamstring) from the injured list. Expect Urias to handle the bulk of the starts at the hot corner moving forward, though the right-handed-hitting Rivera could still be a regular part of the lineup against left-handed pitching at either first or third base.

Stephenson (elbow) began a rehab assignment with Single-A Inland Empire on Tuesday, allowing one run over one inning.

It was Stephenson's first game appearance in more than a year, as he's nearly completed the long road back from UCL reconstruction with an internal brace. Given the long layoff, Stephenson will likely require most, if not all, of his allotted 30 rehab days before joining the Angels' bullpen.

Kjerstad is out of the lineup for the first game of Wednesday's doubleheader versus the Twins.

Though he has been playing fairly regularly versus right-handed pitching since Colton Cowser (thumb) landed on the injured list in late March, Kjerstad will hit the bench for the second time in the Orioles' last three matchups with righties while Bailey Ober toes the rubber for Minnesota. With Kjerstad producing a .573 OPS on the season and with Tyler O'Neill recently returning from the IL to make the Baltimore outfield more crowded, Kjerstad could be at risk of ceding playing time to Ramon Laureano, who has supplied a .746 OPS through 29 games.

Hamilton went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer and two runs scored in Tuesday's extra-innings loss to Detroit.

Hamilton singled and scored in the fifth inning and came up clutch with a game-tying, two-run shot in the eighth to force extra innings. It was his second home run of the year and first since April 16. Hamilton has posted a .981 OPS with three multi-hit performances over his last seven games. Despite the recent hot streak, Hamilton owns a .579 OPS with just three extra-base hits through 58 plate appearances this season.

Bello did not factor in the decision during Tuesday's extra-innings loss to the Tigers. He allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits and two walks while striking out four over 4.2 innings.

Bello coughed up a run in the first inning and the Tigers plated another on an error in the third. He then served up a solo shot to Spencer Torkelson in the fourth. Bello has failed to complete five innings in back-to-back starts after turning in two consecutive quality starts. He tossed 55 of 92 pitches for strikes and now owns a lackluster 17:14 K:BB through 27 frames. Bello will carry a 2.33 ERA into his next matchup, which is projected to be at home against the Mets.

Weissert (1-1) took the extra-innings loss Tuesday after allowing four runs (two earned) on three hits in an inning-plus against Detroit. He struck out one and was charged with a blown save.

Weissert blew the 7-6 lead in the 10th inning and allowed the game to go into the 11th, where he coughed up a walk-off three-run shot to Javier Baez. Weissert lost his 7.2-inning scoreless streak and has now blown both his save chances this season. His ERA rose to 3.44 with a 19:5 K:BB across 19 appearances. Aroldis Chapman threw a scoreless ninth inning and has maintained his role as Boston's primary closer.

Jeffers is not in the lineup for the first game of Wednesday's doubleheader in Baltimore.

Jeffers will likely start behind the plate in the second game of the twin bill. Christian Vazquez will handle catching duties and bat ninth in the first game of the day.
