  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Two more extra-base hits

Rodriguez went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Diamondbacks. For the second game in a row, Rodriguez had multiple extra-base hits. He's homered in three straight contests and has gone 10-for-28 (.357) during a six-game hitting streak. The star outfielder is now batting .269 with an .801 OPS on the year, and he's added 12 homers, 30 RBI, 32 runs scored, 13 doubles and five stolen bases over 59 contests.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Homer, double in win

Rodriguez went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run and a double in Friday's 7-6 extra-inning win over the Diamondbacks. Rodriguez has gone 14-for-43 (.326) with four homers and nine RBI over his last 10 contests. He's been held hitless just once in that span, which has gotten his season numbers into his typical range of performance. Rodriguez is batting .265 with a .780 OPS, 11 long balls, 29 RBI, 31 runs scored, five stolen bases and 12 doubles through 58 games. He's not running as much this year, as he's logged just seven stolen-base attempts so far.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Up to 10 homers

Rodriguez went 1-for-5 with a three-run homer in Wednesday's 9-1 win over the A's. Rodriguez put the finishing touches on Seattle's win with his three-run blast off Luis Medina in the eighth inning, extending the lead to 9-0. It's Rodriguez's 10th homer of the year and his second in four games. The outfielder is now slashing .258/.317/.437 with 30 runs scored, 27 RBI and five steals across 249 plate appearances on the season.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Mashes ninth homer in loss

Rodriguez went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Sunday's 8-6 loss to the Royals. The All-Star center fielder is heating up at the dish, hitting safely in five of his last six games. Additionally, Rodriguez has picked up multiple knocks in three of his past four outings. He'll need to pick up the pace if he wants to record his fifth straight 20-steal campaign -- Rodriguez has just five thefts so far -- but the slugger is batting a healthy .260 with nine homers, 11 doubles, 23 RBI and 29 runs scored across 215 at-bats.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Swipes two bags Saturday

Rodriguez went 1-for-5 with a run and two stolen bases in a loss to the Padres on Saturday. Rodriguez reached base just once, but he made the most of his eighth-inning single by stealing second and third base before coming around to score. The talented outfielder hadn't swiped a bag in any of his previous 18 contests, so his fantasy managers will likely hope that his pair of thefts kick off a stretch of more frequent running. Rodriguez holds a .255/.320/.415 slash line with seven homers, 20 RBI, 23 runs and five stolen bases through 47 contests on the campaign.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Steals first base of season in win

Rodriguez went 2-for-4 with an RBI, one walk and a stolen base in Sunday's 6-1 win over the Astros. After hitting his first home run of the season Saturday, Rodriguez recorded his second straight multi-hit game and third of the season Sunday. He also recorded his first stolen base of the campaign, swiping second in the eighth inning. It's been a tough start to the season for multiple Mariners, including Rodriguez, who is slashing .194/.286/.258 with the one homer, five RBI, six runs scored, one steal and a 7:19 BB:K across 70 plate appearances.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Batting .533 in spring

Rodriguez went 3-for-3 with a home run, three total runs scored and three RBI in Friday's 20-8 Cactus League victory over the Guardians. Rodriguez joined the Mariners' power barrage Friday with his first homer of the spring, a two-run, 431-foot blast off Logan Allen in the fourth inning. The star outfielder certainly appears ready for the regular season -- he's now batting .533 (8-for-15) through six Cactus League games, bookending a trip to the World Baseball Classic, where he went 3-for-17 with a home run for the Dominican Republic.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Red hot to start spring

Rodriguez went 1-for-2 with a double and two RBI in Tuesday's Cactus League game against the White Sox. Rodriguez hasn't shown any signs of rust to start the spring -- the outfielder is now 4-for-7 with a pair of doubles in his first three Cactus League games. Rodriguez should continue to see regular at-bats with the Mariners early in the spring before he reports to the World Baseball Classic with the Dominican Republic. Rodriguez slashed .267/.324/.474 during the 2025 regular season while joining the 30-30 club for the second time in his career, logging 32 homers and 30 stolen bases.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Elevated to leadoff spot for Game 5

Rodriguez will start in center field and bat leadoff in Friday's ALCS Game 5 versus the Blue Jays. The Mariners tweaked their lineup in Game 4 and are shaking it up further for Game 5 after the Blue Jays evened the series Thursday. It's the first time since late July that Rodriguez has batted leadoff for Seattle. Randy Arozarena -- who had batted leadoff in every one of his starts since July 31 -- has been bumped down to the No. 5 spot.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Three hits not enough in loss

Rodriguez went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Saturday's extra-innings loss to the Tigers in Game 1 of the American League Division Series. The superstar outfielder gave the Mariners the lead on a solo homer in the fourth inning and tied the game with an RBI single in the sixth. He added another single in the 11th, but it ultimately wasn't enough, as aside from Rodriguez and Cal Raleigh, no other Mariners player recorded a hit. Rodriguez should be back in the three hole against lefty Tarik Skubal on Sunday as Seattle attempts to even the series.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Secures second 30-30 campaign

Rodriguez went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases and a run scored in Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Dodgers. Rodriguez reached on a fielder's choice and stole second and third in the first inning to secure the second 30-30 campaign of his career. He's the only player in Mariners history with multiple 30-30 seasons, and he's still just 24 years old. The outfielder has hit well in September, going 25-for-92 (.272) with six steals and 13 extra-base hits over 24 games. Overall, he's at 30 thefts, 32 homers, 95 RBI, 106 runs scored and a .267/.324/.474 slash line through 160 games this season.

Rodriguez went 3-for-5 with two home runs, four RBI, a hit-by-pitch and an additional run scored in Saturday's 10-2 win over Atlanta. Rodriguez powered Seattle's offense with his 29th and 30th long balls of the year, marking his third multi-homer game of the season and his fifth home run in the last seven contests. During that stretch, the 24-year-old has gone 9-for-29 (.310) with 12 RBI and six runs scored. On the season, Rodriguez is up to a .265/.317/.475 slash line with 86 RBI, 93 runs, 24 doubles and 24 stolen bases across 628 plate appearances.

Rodriguez went 1-for-3 with two RBI, a walk and a run scored in Sunday's 11-4 win over the Athletics. It's been a strong month so far for Rodriguez, who's batting .294 with 13 extra-base hits, 17 RBI, 13 runs scored and three RBI over 85 at-bats in August. The All-Star center fielder also has at least one hit in 15 of his last 21 outings. Dating back to the start of June, Rodriguez is hitting a healthy .272 with 35 extra-base knocks, 41 RBI, 46 runs scored and 16 steals across his last 74 contests.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Blasts two homers in win

Rodriguez went 2-for-5 with two home runs and three RBI in Saturday's 7-4 victory over the Rays. Rodriguez fueled the Mariners' win Saturday, crushing a towering two-run homer in the first inning and following it with a blistering line-drive solo shot in the third. While the center fielder's overall numbers have dipped since posting an .854 OPS during his 2022 American League Rookie of the Year campaign, he's reached the 20-20 mark in each of his four big-league seasons and is on pace to make a push for a 30-30 finish, which Rodriguez achieved in 2023.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Belts big blast

Rodriguez went 1-for-3 with a three-run home run, an additional run and a walk Wednesday in an 8-6 win against the White Sox. Rodriguez contributed to Chicago starter Jonathan Cannon's rough outing by clubbing a 434-foot, three-run homer in the second inning. The talented young outfielder has really perked up in the power department of late, going deep seven times over his past 13 contests. Rodriguez is at 21 long balls and 21 thefts on the season, making him one of just five big-leaguers to reach the 20-20 mark thus far.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Stays hot with homer

Rodriguez went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Angels. Rodriguez has gone deep four times over his last three games, and this was his fourth straight two-hit effort. The outfielder is up to 18 long balls on the year, and this is the second stretch in July where he's left the yard in three straight games. Rodriguez has added a .258/.316/.436 slash line, 55 RBI, 69 runs scored and 20 stolen bases across 104 contests.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Returns to form with two-run homer

Rodriguez went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run and scored twice in Friday's 12-3 win over the Tigers. Rodriguez snapped out of a cold streak in emphatic fashion, launching a 440-foot two-run shot off Tarik Skubal in the fifth inning, his first homer since June 23. The 24-year-old had gone just 5-for-41 (.122) with two RBI over his previous 10 games entering Friday, but he may be showing signs of regaining his power stroke. Even during his slump, Rodriguez has remained locked into the heart of Seattle's lineup, and a blast like this could spark a much-needed turnaround.

  • Mariners' Julio Rodriguez: Good to go Sunday

Rodriguez (ankle) is starting in center field and batting second Sunday against the Angels. The 24-year-old was struck around the ankle by a line drive during Saturday's contest and needed help leaving the field, but X-rays came back negative and he's penciled in to start Sunday's series finale. It appears the injury won't affect Rodriguez's availability, and he'll look to continue a hot stretch at the plate that's seen him go 12-for-31 with a walk, a triple, four steals and four runs in the past eight games.
