Urias is out of the lineup Thursday against the Dodgers.

This marks Urias' first day off since April 19. He's hit .268 with five home runs, eight RBI and 10 runs scored across 22 games in that span. Max Schuemann will take over at second base and hit ninth.

Littell (3-5) allowed three runs on eight hits and a walk while striking out two over 7.1 innings to earn the win Thursday over the Blue Jays.

Littell's longest start of the year was his fifth quality start in six outings, though there were some flaws. All three runs he allowed came via solo home runs, making this the fourth time in nine outings he's allowed multiple homers. Still, he continues to be effective at limiting damage, as this was the seventh time he's walked no more than one batter. The right-hander is now at a 4.31 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 32:10 K:BB over 54.1 innings this season, despite allowing 13 homers so far. His next start is projected to be at home versus the Astros.

The Astros traded Castro to the White Sox on Thursday in exchange for cash, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.

Castro signed a minor-league deal with Houston during the offseason and has started the Triple-A season with a 2.29 ERA and 1.20 WHIP across 19.2 innings. The 30-year-old will now join a White Sox organization searching for answers in its bullpen, and his hot start in the minors figures to give him a decent chance at joining the South Siders relatively soon.

Wilson (0-2) took the loss Thursday against Cincinnati, allowing seven runs on 10 hits and one walk with three strikeouts over 5.1 innings.

Wilson made his fifth consecutive appearance at the back end of an injury-depleted White Sox rotation, and he allowed his most hits and runs in an outing this season, including three solo home runs. Since stepping into the rotation, Wilson has posted a 6.86 ERA across 21 innings. He's tentatively scheduled for a start next week against the Mariners.

Keirsey went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during Thursday's 4-0 win over the Orioles.

Keirsey tagged Tomoyuki Sugano for a two-run shot in the third inning -- the first of back-to-back home runs for the Twins. The long ball was Keirsey's first of 2025 and the second of his big-league career. The 28-year-old entered Thursday's contest with one hit in his previous 21 at-bats. Keirsey has played in 33 games this season but has just 39 plate appearances as he's often entered as a pinch runner or late-inning defensive replacement.

Smith is absent from the lineup for Thursday's game in Texas.

Following a stretch of four straight starts in right field, Smith has now been out of the lineup in consecutive games. Playing time for the rookie continues to be hit-or-miss over the last few weeks, and he hasn't helped himself by batting just .179/.319/.231 over the last 12 contests. Zach Dezenzo is in right field and batting ninth for the Astros on Thursday.

The Orioles confirmed Thursday that Reilly has undergone a right elbow UCL reconstruction, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Reilly had been sidelined with an elbow injury and recently was moved to the full-season injured list at Double-A Chesapeake, so the news that he required a UCL repair doesn't come as a surprise. The 23-year-old righty will likely be sidelined until around midseason next year.

Buxton entered concussion protocol after exiting Thursday's game against Baltimore following a collision with Carlos Correa, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Buxton appeared to bang heads with a backpedaling Correa while chasing down a shallow flyball in the third inning. The latter left the game immediately after the incident, and Buxton followed a half-inning later. Both of them are being evaluated for a concussion, and more details on their respective statuses should come out in the near future.

Correa is in concussion protocol after exiting Thursday's game versus the Orioles following a collision with teammate Byron Buxton, Bobby Nightengale of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.

Correa was backpedaling as he chased a pop-up in the third inning and his head snapped back violently after he collided with Buxton. The shortstop immediately left the game and Buxton -- who is also in concussion protocol -- was eventually pulled. The Twins could have more on the status of both players after the contest.

The White Sox claimed Capra off waivers from the Brewers on Thursday, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Capra had been designated for assignment by Milwaukee last week after going just 4-for-54 at the dish. He is out of minor-league options, so the utility player will go directly onto Chicago's active roster.
