Eflin (3-2) took the loss against the Nationals on Sunday, allowing eight runs on 10 hits and no walks with four strikeouts over 5.1 innings.

Eflin threw 61 of 93 pitches for strikes but was tagged for four home runs over the first two innings. The 31-year-old had allowed only eight total earned runs across 23 innings in his first four outings, and he still managed to pitch into the sixth frame Sunday despite the rough start. He'll carry an inflated 5.08 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 17:3 K:BB across 28.1 innings into a road matchup with the Red Sox next weekend.

Leiter did not factor into the decision in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Astros, allowing three runs on three hits and two walks with four strikeouts over seven innings.

Leiter had a no-hitter broken up in the seventh inning and departed with a 3-1 lead after allowing the first two batters to reach in the top of the eighth. Both came around to score on a three-run home run later in the inning. After surrendering 12 earned runs across his first three outings since returning from the injured list April 27, the 25-year-old has yielded just four runs combined over two straight quality starts. He'll carry a 4.25 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 27:16 K:BB across 36 innings into a favorable matchup with the White Sox next weekend.

Valdez (3-4) earned the win against the Rangers on Sunday, allowing three runs on six hits and one walk with eight strikeouts over seven innings.

Valdez allowed three runs in the fourth inning but worked six scoreless frames otherwise. The southpaw generated 12 whiffs on 98 pitches and has now completed at least seven innings in three straight outings. On the season, he owns a 3.57 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 59:19 K:BB across 63 innings and lines up for a home matchup with the Mariners next weekend.

Kikuchi (ankle) is feeling fine following Sunday's 6-4 win over the Dodgers, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.

Kikuchi exited the contest in the bottom of the sixth inning with right ankle irritation after retiring two batters in the frame. The left-hander explained that he would've stayed in the contest and pitched through the issue had it been earlier in the game. Kikuchi appears to be all set to toe the rubber for his next projected start Friday against the Marlins.

Arozarena went 1-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in Sunday's 6-1 win over the Padres.

Arozarena sparked the Mariners' offense with a solo shot to tie the game at 1-1 in the fourth inning. He also reached on an error and scored in the sixth. The long ball was Arozarena's first of the month, though he has hit fairly well, going 15-for-47 (.319) with four doubles and three RBI over 14 games in May. Overall, the outfielder has a .242/.380/.425 slash line, six homers, nine stolen bases, 21 RBI, 21 runs scored and 10 doubles across 43 contests, and he's been trending upward in recent weeks despite the lack of power.

Woo (5-1) allowed a run on five hits and struck out five without walking a batter over seven innings to earn the win Sunday over the Padres.

Woo turned in another fantastic outing, with the lone run coming early on a Fernando Tatis solo shot to lead off the bottom of the first inning. Woo has allowed one run or fewer in five of his nine outings this season, and this was his seventh quality start. It was also the third time in four starts in May he hasn't issued a walk, as he continues to dominate with control. Woo is at a 2.65 ERA, 0.87 WHIP and 55:8 K:BB through 57.2 innings this season. His next start is projected to be on the road versus the Astros.

Wilson went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Giants.

Wilson had a two-homer game Tuesday versus the Dodgers, but he followed that up with an 0-for-14 slump over the next four games. He shook off that dry spell with a multi-hit effort Sunday, and he also picked up his third steal of the season, though the 23-year-old continues to be more a contact hitter than a speedster. He's up to a .337/.369/.478 slash line with five home runs, 26 RBI, 25 runs scored and 10 doubles across 45 contests in 2025.

Mozzicato was promoted to Double-A Northwest Arkansas on Sunday, Jaylon T. Thompson of The Kansas City Star reports.

Mozzicato has produced a sparkling 1.24 ERA and 1.02 WHIP with 37 strikeouts over 36.1 innings in seven starts with High-A Quad Cities this year. The 21-year-old will now look to keep it up at the Double-A level in hopes of earning another promotion this season.

Springs allowed a run on two hits and struck out five without walking a batter over 6.2 innings in a no-decision versus the Giants on Sunday.

Aside from a Heliot Ramos solo shot to lead off the bottom of the first inning, Springs was nearly untouchable Sunday, though the same can't be said of the Athletics' bullpen. Springs has been fantastic in May, allowing just four runs over 24.2 innings despite a pedestrian 14:5 K:BB. This was his fifth quality start in 10 outings this season, and he's maintained a 3.91 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 41:21 K:BB over 53 innings. The southpaw's next start is projected to be at home versus the Phillies.

The Royals promoted Caglianone from Double-A Northwest Arkansas to Triple-A Omaha on Sunday, Jaylon T. Thompson of The Kansas City Star reports.

Caglianone will head to Omaha after producing a .316/.385/.546 slash line with nine home runs, two stolen bases and a 21.3 percent strikeout rate over 174 plate appearances in his 38 games with Northwest Arkansas this season. The sixth overall pick in the 2024 MLB First-Year Player Draft is now just one step away from reaching the big leagues, and a promotion should come later this summer if he continues to rake against International League pitching.
