Chapman earned a save against the Yankees on Saturday, striking out one batter in a perfect inning.

Chapman was called upon in the ninth inning to protect a three-run lead against the team he spent over six seasons with earlier in his career. The veteran closer needed just 11 pitches to get the job done, firing nine strikes and retiring the side in order. Chapman is in the midst of a throwback campaign at 37 years of age, as he holds a 1.73 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 34:9 K:BB through 26 innings. The fireballer is 10-for-11 in save chances and has given up just one earned run over his past 10 outings.

Soderstrom went 1-for-1 with four walks, a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 7-4 loss to the Orioles.

Soderstrom showed off a couple of things Saturday that he's not particularly known for -- speed and patience at the plate. He's now at a 10.0 percent walk rate on the year, though he still strikes out a fair amount (25.4 percent) as well. Soderstrom also swiped his third bag of the year. The 23-year-old has maintained a .256/.341/.480 slash line with 14 home runs, 43 RBI, 35 runs scored, 11 doubles and a triple over 66 contests. He should continue to play at first base until Nick Kurtz (hip) is healthy, at which point Soderstrom will likely rejoin the mix in left field.

Severino (1-6) allowed six runs (five earned) on eight hits and four walks while striking out five over 5.2 innings to take the loss Saturday versus the Orioles.

The Athletics gave Severino a 4-1 lead to work with after one inning, but he couldn't guard it. The Orioles' comeback began with a Ramon Laureano solo shot in the fourth inning, and Severino ultimately gave up the decisive run on Colton Cowser's solo homer in the sixth. This outing ended a stretch of 10 starts where Severino didn't give up a homer, but he still hasn't been all that effective. For the season, he has a 4.77 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 60:27 K:BB through 83 innings over 14 starts, though he's allowed just six homers all year. His next start is projected to be on the road in Kansas City.

Crochet (6-4) earned the win against the Yankees on Saturday, allowing five runs on six hits and one walk while striking out nine batters over six innings.

The five earned runs were a season-worst mark for Crochet, but he still managed to walk away with a victory thanks to a potent Boston offense. Much of the damage against the southpaw was inflicted by Austin Wells, who tagged Crochet for a three-run homer in the second inning and a run-scoring double in the fourth. Despite the damage to his ERA, Crochet impressed by inducing 15 whiffs and racking up nine punchouts, including three strikeouts of Aaron Judge. Crochet has fanned 32 batters across his past three starts and leads the majors with 110 punchouts on the season.

Ramirez went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, two runs scored and a walk during Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Astros in extra innings.

After seeing a 21-game hit streak come to a close on May 30, Ramirez has had at least a hit in all seven games since, and he has had multiple hits on five of those occasions. He has a .392/.453/.648 slash line with nine doubles, seven homers, 11 steals, 17 RBI and 27 runs in 32 games since the start of May.

Henderson went 3-for-4 with an RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Athletics.

Henderson didn't play Friday, getting some rest for the first time since his April 4 season debut after opening the season on the shelf due to an intercostal strain. The shortstop has four multi-hit efforts over his last eight games, going 10-for-29 (.345) with two extra-base hits in that span. For the season, he's at a .266/.326/.441 slash line, eight home runs, 17 RBI, 31 runs scored and seven steals across 56 contests.

Cowser went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Athletics.

This was Cowser's first multi-hit effort of the season, though he's been limited to nine games due to a broken thumb. The outfielder has hit safely in four of five games since returning from the injured list, and that should be enough for him to claim steady playing time in center field. He's batting .212 with three homers, four runs scored and no stolen bases over 36 plate appearances.

Laureano went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run and an additional RBI in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Athletics.

This was Laureano's second game back after missing over two weeks due to an ankle sprain. The outfielder went 0-for-3 with a walk and one RBI in Friday's game, but he put together a bigger performance Saturday as part of the Orioles' comeback win. Prior to his injury, Laureano was swinging a fairly hot bat, and he has a chance to operate as the starting right fielder as long as Tyler O'Neill (shoulder) remains out. Laureano is up to seven homers, 15 RBI, 14 runs scored, two stolen bases and a .275/.327/.549 slash line over 113 plate appearances this season.

Kwan went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored during Saturday's 5-3 loss to the Astros in 10 innings.

Kwan put on a hitting display Saturday, notching three hits in a game for the seventh time on the season. The 27-year-old continues to show great bat-to-ball skills, evidenced by an 8.7 percent strikeout rate, the fourth lowest in MLB, and the fact that he has only two fewer walks (21) than strikeouts (23). The left-handed leadoff hitter is slashing .314/.375/.435 on the season with 14 doubles and 21 RBI on the season.

Bautista walked one and struck out three in a scoreless and hitless inning to earn the save in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Athletics.

Bautista needed 24 pitches (15 strikes) to close out the contest, but he was able to get it done. This was his fourth straight scoreless outing, and he's earned three saves with a 7:4 K:BB in that span. Overall, the Baltimore closer has a 3.32 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 28:16 K:BB over 21.2 innings while converting 12 of 13 save chances in his first two-plus months back from Tommy John surgery.
