Osuna started in left field and went 0-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Wednesday's 7-0 win over the Orioles.

All of Osuna's offensive activity came in the fifth inning, when he walked, stole a base and scored on a Corey Seager single. The theft was his first in 17 games since having his contract selected at the end of May. Osuna got the start after Wyatt Langford reported tightness in his left side. Evan Carter replaced Langford defensively in center field, while Osuna slotted in for him in the order.

Semien went 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a run scored in Wednesday's 7-0 win over Baltimore.

Semien doubled and scored the Rangers' first run in the second inning and singled home a run in the fifth. He continued a remarkable turnaround at the plate; Semien sports a .352/.410/.602 line with four home runs, eight doubles, one triple, 15 RBI and 18 runs scored over the last 24 games. He spent 59 games with an average below .200 and is now up to .229, its highest point since Opening Day, when he went 2-for-4.

Mize (leg) is listed as the Tigers' starting pitcher for Saturday's game against the Twins, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports.

Mize was removed from his most recent start Sunday against the Rays due to cramping in his right leg, but he has recovered fine and is ready to roll for his next turn in the rotation. The right-hander has yielded two earned runs or fewer in each of his last four starts, although he's reached the six-inning mark on just one occasion during that stretch.

Heim went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and a double in Wednesday's 7-0 win over the Orioles.

Heim put the finishing touches on the Rangers' win, launching a solo shot off Scott Blewett in the sixth inning to extend the lead to 7-0. It's Heim's first homer since June 4 -- he'd gone just 3-for-23 (.130) in seven games prior to Wednesday. Overall, the switch-hitting backstop is slashing .230/.266/.380 with eight homers, 22 RBI, 18 runs scored and three steals across 214 plate appearances this season.

Olson (finger) struck out five and allowed two earned runs on three hits and one walk across four innings Wednesday in his rehab start for Triple-A Toledo.

Olson spotted 49 of his 74 pitches for strikes and sported a fastball that sat between 92 and 94 miles per hour on the day, about a tick behind his average velocity prior to landing on the injured list May 19 due to right ring finger inflammation. Though the 25-year-old didn't reach five innings in any of his three rehab outings with Toledo, Tigers manager A.J. Hinch said that all reports on Olson were positive coming out of his start Wednesday, per Chris McCosky of The Detroit News. Olson is likely to return to Detroit this weekend to complete a bullpen session, and if he continues to check out fine, he could be activated from the IL to make his next start with the big club Tuesday or Wednesday in Washington.

Young (0-2) took the loss Wednesday against the Rangers, allowing four runs on five hits and a walk over four innings. He struck out two.

Young managed to hold Texas to one run through his first three innings before giving up a two-run homer to Josh Jung with two outs in the fourth. The 26-year-old Young has struggled to a 7.11 ERA with a 1.97 WHIP through his first three starts (12.2 innings) with Baltimore. He figures to return to Triple-A Norfolk following Wednesday's spot start.

Ramirez went 2-for-5 with two RBI in Wednesday's 5-4 extra-inning win over the Blue Jays.

Ramirez's 10th-inning single plated the game-winning run. He had earlier drove in the Guardians' first run. After a rare two-game hitless run in the middle of June, Ramirez has hit safely in six of the last seven contests, going 9-for-29 (.310) with one extra-base hit and four RBI. He leads the Guardians with 38 RBI over 76 games.

Bieber (elbow) threw a 20-pitch bullpen session Tuesday, MLB.com reports.

Guardians manager Stephen Vogt was upbeat following the session, noting Bieber "felt really good," after the activity. It's unclear if Bieber will jump back into a paused rehab assignment or if more preparation is needed. The right-hander is targeted for a mid-July return,

Caratini went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a 2-0 win against Philadelphia on Wednesday.

Caratini's long ball was an eighth-inning, 423-foot solo blast to give Houston a 2-0 lead. The veteran catcher is up six home runs on the season, five shy of the career-high mark of 11 he established in 2019 with the Cubs. Of Caratini's homers, half have come in his past six contests, a stretch in which he's batting .273 (6-for-22) with three home runs and seven RBI.

Wacha (4-7) was saddled with the loss Wednesday against the Rays, giving up three runs on nine hits and one walk in six innings. He struck out nine.

Wacha brought some of his best swing-and-miss stuff to the mound, registering 19 whiffs en route to fanning a season-high nine in his eighth quality start of the year. The veteran right-hander poured in 65 of his 93 pitches for strikes, but he also matched a season worst in hits allowed. Through 92 frames on the campaign, Wacha holds a 3.33 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 74:24 K:BB. His next appearance is slated for next week at pitcher-friendly T-Mobile Park against the Mariners, who have a poor .634 OPS at home since the start of May.
