Smith went 1-for-5 with two RBI on Sunday against the Mariners.

Smith has progressively moved up the Astros' lineup, and he hit leadoff for the first time Sunday. He delivered a two-RBI double in the fifth inning to tie the game at 3-3 while also accounting for his first extra-base hit in his last six starts. Smith has had inconsistent fantasy production, but he continues a very impressive rookie season during which he's maintained a .328 wOBA and 111 wRC+ across 2238 plate appearances.

Baez exited Sunday's 2-1 win over the Rangers in the sixth inning with left shoulder soreness, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Baez finished 0-for-2 with two strikeouts before exiting the contest with an apparent aggravation of the shoulder he first injured while sliding into home plate in a June 14 game against the Reds. He said after the game Sunday that he "didn't want to keep playing with soreness" and is hopeful to avoid a stint on the injured list. The Tigers begin a three-game series in Pittsburgh on Monday, and Baez's status will be worth keeping an eye on.

Walker went 1-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run scored during Sunday's 11-3 win over Seattle.

Walker took Bryan Woo yard in the sixth inning, marking the first baseman's 13th long ball of the campaign. He's been on a tear lately, going 17-for-52 with three home runs in his last 12 games. Walker is on pace to log his fewest home runs in a season since 2021 after hitting 26 or more round trippers in each of the last three seasons.

Caratini went 3-for-5 with a two-RBI double and an RBI single during Sunday's 11-3 win over the Mariners.

Caratini drove in at least three Astros for the fifth time this season and notched his sixth three-hit game of the year. The 31-year-old has recorded a hit in 12 of his 13 games in July, going 20-for-52 with four homers and 17 RBI. He's slashing .272/.321/.447 overall.

Trammell went 3-for-4 with a solo homer, a two-RBI double and an additional run scored during Sunday's 11-3 win over Seattle.

Trammell got off to a slow start with Houston this season, going 5-for-35 (.143) with 14 strikeouts before Sunday's outburst. The outfielder notched his second long ball of the campaign, tagging Bryan Woo for a solo shot in the sixth inning. While Trammell has never hit above .200 in an MLB season, his three-hit performance could be enough to spark a hot streak.

Brown didn't factor into the decision Sunday against the Mariners, allowing three runs on six hits and two walks with seven strikeouts across four innings.

Brown didn't pitch into the fifth inning for the first time this season, continuing his recent stretch of poor play. In his last three starts, Brown has allowed 13 runs with an 18:7 K:BB across 15 innings. He had allowed 21 runs in his first 104 innings of the season. Overall, he has a 2.57 ERA and a 144:36 K:BB. He'll look to get back on track during his next start, which is slated to come against the Athletics.

Woo (8-5) took the loss Sunday against Houston, allowing five runs (four earned) on six hits and one walk across six innings. He struck out six.

Woo's streak of excellent play came to a crashing halt Sunday, having tallied a 1.11 ERA across his last five starts before tying his season high in runs allowed. He yielded three extra-base hits in the loss, including home runs to Taylor Trammell and Christian Walker. Despite the hiccup, Woo owns a 2.91 ERA and a 115:22 K:BB across 120.2 innings pitched. He's tentatively scheduled to face the Angels next time out.

Crochet (11-4) picked up the win Sunday against the Cubs, allowing one run on eight hits and two walks over six innings. He struck out five.

Crochet hasn't lost since May, having racked up seven wins in his last nine starts -- including four consecutive victories. While Sunday's start was excellent, he did snap a streak of nine consecutive outings with at least seven strikeouts. In 135.1 innings this season, Crochet owns a 2.19 ERA and 165:36 K:BB. He's on track to face the Dodgers his next time out.

Abreu went 2-for-3 with a two-run home run and a solo home run during Sunday's 6-1 win over the Cubs.

All six of Boston's runs came in the seventh and eighth innings. Abreu led the charge, going yard in both frames. Sunday's performance marked Abreu's fourth multi-homer game of 2025 and brought his homer total to 20 in 310 plate appearances. The 25-year-old had one hit in his last 12 at-bats before the game. In 33 at-bats before that, Abreu hit .303 with five homers.

Yoshida started in left field and went 0-for-3 in Sunday's 6-1 win over the Cubs.

Yoshida made his first start in the field after a series of appearances as the designated hitter or as a pinch hitter. He was eventually pinch hit for against lefty Drew Pomeranz. Yoshida has gone 6-for-22 (.273) with one RBI, a stolen base and one run scored over seven games since coming off the injured list in the week leading up to the All-Star break.
