Mountcastle is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Blue Jays, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

It's the second straight game on the bench for Mountcastle, who has gone 2-for-19 with nine strikeouts in his past five contests. Coby Mayo is receiving another start at first base Sunday for Baltimore.

Baltimore placed Dubin on the 15-day injured list Sunday due to right elbow discomfort.

Dubin could technically return for the Orioles' final game of the season Sept. 28, but Baltimore will most likely shut him down for 2025. Since being claimed by the Orioles off waivers from Houston on Aug. 26, Dubin has gotten into seven games, allowing three runs with a 7:3 K:BB over eight innings while picking up two holds. Righty pitcher Carson Ragsdale was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk to take Dubin's spot on the active roster.

Sanchez is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.

With left-hander Joey Wentz on the hill for Atlanta, the left-handed-hitting Sanchez will take a seat after he went 0-for-15 with four walks, three stolen bases, one RBI and three runs while starting in each of the Astros' last five games. He'll give way to Cam Smith in right field.

The Orioles recalled Ragsdale from Triple-A Norfolk on Sunday.

Ragsdale was claimed off waivers from San Francisco in early August and has posted a 3.47 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 18:8 K:BB over 23.1 innings with Norfolk. He's worked mostly as a starter as a minor-leaguer but will likely slot out of the Orioles' bullpen during his first taste of the majors. Ragsdale's call-up is the corresponding move to reliever Shawn Dubin (elbow) being placed on the 15-day IL.

Frazier is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.

Frazier picked up starts in left field in the first two games of the series and went 2-for-8 between those contests, but he'll take a seat for the final contest in Philadelphia. Michael Massey will fill in for Frazier in left field and will bat sixth.

Isbel is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.

The Royals are facing off against a righty (Aaron Nola) in the series finale, but the left-handed-hitting Isbel will receive a day off nonetheless after he had started in each of Kansas City's last 12 games. Mike Yastrzemski will spell Isbel in center field.

Quero is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.

Quero has a .278/.316/.389 slash line through nine games in September and will take a seat Sunday for the second time in Chicago's past three games. Andrew Benintendi will bat sixth as the designated hitter in the series finale at Cleveland.

Baldwin (hip) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.

Baldwin departed Friday's contest due to hip soreness and will sit Sunday for a second consecutive game. Dominic Fletcher is starting in center field in the series finale for the White Sox.

Blue Jays manager John Schneider announced that Yesavage will be called up from Triple-A Buffalo to start Monday's game at Tampa Bay.

Since Yesavage had worked in relief in two of his last three appearances with Buffalo, the early expectation was that he would begin his time in the big leagues in the bullpen, but Schneider noted that deploying the 22-year-old as a starter would make his MLB debut as "normal as possible," per Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca. Depending on how Yesavage fares Monday, he could continue starting or shift to a multi-inning relief role, with Schneider noting that the youngster won't face any sort of innings cap over the final two weeks of regular season, according to Davidi. Yesavage -- who has emerged as one of the top pitching prospects in baseball this season -- earned his call-up to the majors after he submitted a 3.12 ERA, 0.97 WHIP and 160:41 K:BB in 98 innings across his four minor-league stops in 2025.

The Rangers reinstated Garcia (quadriceps) from the 10-day injured list, and he's starting in right field and batting cleanup Sunday versus the Mets.

The outfielder landed on the shelf in early September due to a quadriceps strain, but he'll end up spending little more than the 10-day minimum on the injured list. Garcia will look to pick up where he left off, as he had an .867 OPS with eight doubles and three homers in the 18 games preceding his absence.
