Cruz was removed from Saturday's game against the Blue Jays with right shoulder discomfort, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

Cruz gave up a hit and a walk in the seventh inning before his shoulder forced him to leave the game without recording an out. There's no word yet on the severity of his injury, but the Royals should offer some more details after they get a closer look at him.

Urias isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Diamondbacks.

Urias will step out of the starting nine Saturday after going 1-for-2 with a walk and an HBP during Friday's contest. While he rests, Max Schuemann will start at second base and bat eighth.

Heineman was removed from Saturday's game against the Royals with a head contusion, Hazel Mae of Sportsnet reports.

Heineman was hit by a pitch in the third inning and took a foul tip off his catcher's mask shortly afterward in the fourth, which ultimately ended his day behind the plate. The team is currently labeling his injury as a contusion, though the 34-year-old backstop will likely be evaluated for a concussion.

The Rays recalled Feduccia from Triple-A Durham on Friday.

Feduccia will join the Rays to provide some much-needed offensive help behind the plate after logging an .866 OPS in 333 plate appearances with the Dodgers' Triple-A affiliate in Los Angeles prior to being dealt to Tampa Bay ahead of Thursday's trade deadline. Now that he's up with the big club, the 28-year-old will most likely work in the strong side of a platoon at catcher with Nick Fortes.

India was removed from Saturday's game against the Blue Jays after getting hit on the left elbow by a pitch, Jaylon T. Thompson of The Kansas City Star reports.

India was able to run for himself and play defense after taking a 95-mile-per-hour fastball off his elbow in the third inning, but he was lifted for a pinch hitter when it was his turn to hit again in the fifth. The Royals will take a closer look at him to determine the severity of the injury, but the fact that he initially remained in the game suggests the damage isn't severe.

Burger (quad) began a rehab assignment at Double-A Frisco on Saturday.

Burger got back to hitting last Saturday after landing on the injured list July 16 with a left quad strain, and he said his goal was to return to the starting lineup by the time the Rangers begin their series against the Phillies next weekend. Barring any setbacks, his return to competitive action Saturday keeps him on pace to meet that expectation.

The Red Sox transferred Guerrero (elbow) to the 60-day injured list Saturday.

Guerrero landed on the injured list in late June with a strained right elbow, and his move to the IL will ensure he remains on the shelf until at least Aug. 27. He'll also cede his spot on the 40-man roster to Nick Burdi (hip), who was reinstated from the 60-day injured list Saturday and optioned to Triple-A.

The Red Sox reinstated Burdi (hip) from the injured list Saturday and optioned him to Triple-A Worcester.

A bruised foot caused Burdi to land on the injured list June 3, but a hip injury suffered at Worcester caused him to move to the 60-day IL. He'll now come off the IL following a minimum-length stay, though the Red Sox will keep him in the minors for the time being. The 32-year-old has thrown 5.1 shutout innings for Boston this season and sports a 1.23 ERA through 22 Triple-A frames.

The Red Sox reinstated Kelly (oblique) from the injured list Saturday and optioned him to Triple-A Worcester.

The Red Sox originally sent Kelly down to the minors in late June, but his option was rescinded when he landed on the injured list with an oblique injury. Now that he's been given a clean bill of health, he'll head down to Triple-A once more and serve as organizational bullpen depth.

Urena will start Sunday's game against Cleveland, Bobby Nightengale of The Minnesota Star Tribune reports.

The 33-year-old righty will be filling in for Simeon Woods Richardson, whom the Twins will give a few extra days of rest before his next start. Urena has pitched to a 5.40 ERA and 1.53 WHIP across 18.1 innings between the Dodgers, Mets and Blue Jays this season, and he'll likely aim to get through three or four frames Sunday before turning the game over to Minnesota's bullpen.
