Duran went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Monday's 8-5 win over the Royals.

Duran capped a five-run first inning with a 419-foot blast off Bailey Falter, his second homer off a lefty this season. The 28-year-old has now tallied 11 extra-base hits in 14 games since the All-Star break, driving in 13 runs and scoring 11 times during that stretch. For the year, he's slashing .262/.328/.462 with 12 homers, 63 RBI, 63 runs scored and 18 steals across 498 plate appearances.

Enright earned the save in Monday's 7-6 extra-inning win over the Mets, allowing one unearned run on one hit and no walks with no strikeouts in the 10th inning.

It was the first save of the season for Enright, who hasn't conceded an earned run over his last six outings. Although the Guardians are without closer Emmanuel Clase while he's on non-disciplinary paid leave, Cade Smith, who worked the ninth inning Monday, remains the favorite for saves out of Cleveland's bullpen. That said, Enright does have a strong 2.01 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 20:9 K:BB over 22.1 innings.

Bello (8-5) earned the win against the Royals on Monday, allowing one unearned run on six hits and one walk with five strikeouts over six innings.

Bello allowed a run after an error opened the fourth inning but was otherwise strong, throwing 68 of 102 pitches for strikes and working five scoreless frames. The 26-year-old has delivered 10 quality starts in his past 11 outings and has allowed more than three earned runs just once in 20 appearances (19 starts) this season. He'll take a 3.03 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 88:42 K:BB across 116 innings into a road matchup with the Padres this weekend.

Arias went 1-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in Monday's 7-6 extra-inning win over the Mets.

The homer was Arias' eighth of the season, and his four RBI set a season high as well. The 25-year-old infielder has been impressive at the plate in a limited sample size since coming off the injured list, which could help him eventually work his way up the batting order. Arias is hitting .290 with two big flies, two doubles, seven RBI and one stolen base over his last 31 at-bats (eight games).

Elko (knee) was activated from the 10-day injured list and optioned to Triple-A Charlotte on Monday, per MLB's transactions log.

Elko will shift to Triple-A following his return to health. He'd been on the shelf since July 11 after suffering a right knee sprain and was struggling through an 0-for-16 stretch at the plate prior to going down with the injury.

Falter (7-6) took the loss against the Red Sox on Monday, allowing seven runs on eight hits and two walks with two strikeouts over four innings.

Falter was mostly undone by a five-run first inning and managed just one scoreless frame in a lackluster debut with his new club. The southpaw generated only six whiffs on 88 pitches, though a Jarren Duran homer was the lone extra-base hit he allowed. He owns a 4.14 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 72:41 K:BB across 117.1 innings and is tentatively slated for a home matchup with the Nationals early next week.

Chapman earned the save in Monday's 8-5 win over the Royals, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

Chapman was summoned to protect a three-run lead in the ninth and needed just 13 pitches to get the job done. The veteran southpaw has converted four straight save chances since blowing just his second of the season on July 26, delivering six straight scoreless appearances without allowing a hit during that stretch. On the year, he's 21-for-23 in save opportunities with a stellar 1.21 ERA, 0.76 WHIP and 65:13 K:BB across 44.2 innings.

Anthony (back) will be held out Tuesday but could return as early as Wednesday against the Royals, Mac Cerullo of the Boston Herald reports.

The team will shut Anthony down for another day as a precaution, but manager Alex Cora noted after Monday's matchup that he doesn't think the rookie outfielder will miss time beyond Tuesday. The Red Sox should have another update on Anthony's availability closer to Wednesday's series finale.

O'Neill went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run in Monday's 13-3 loss to the Phillies.

In his first plate appearance since Friday, O'Neill gave the Orioles an early lead with a 417-foot blast in the second inning. The 30-year-old has now homered in five of his past eight games, driving in 12 runs and scoring seven times during that stretch. For the year, he's slashing .213/.296/.440 with eight home runs, 23 RBI, 20 runs scored and two steals across 162 plate appearances.

Cecconi didn't factor into the decision Monday against the Mets, allowing three runs (two earned) on four hits and one walk in six innings. He struck out six.

Cecconi blanked the Mets through five scoreless frames to begin his outing, but a Pete Alonso three-run homer in the sixth inning left a considerable dent on the hurler's ledger. The right-hander settled for a quality start, his fifth in his last six appearances, and he's now tossed at least five innings in all but two of his 14 starts on the year. Cecconi owns a quality 3.72 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 69:23 K:BB over 82.1 innings, and he should carry plenty of streaming appeal this weekend on the road against the last-place White Sox.
