Correa went 2-for-4 with a home run, a double and three total RBI in Tuesday's 6-3 win over the Royals.
Correa found his success against Royals lefty Kris Bubic, producing an RBI double in the third inning and a two-run homer in the fifth. The homer was Correa's 20th of the year, making this the sixth time in eight seasons the shortstop has reached that level. He's done it with a power surge lately, going yard five times through 11 games in September. The 27-year-old's added 57 RBI, 62 runs scored, 19 doubles and a triple while slashing .280/.357/.463 through 116 contests.

Angels' David Fletcher: Singles in return
Fletcher (hand) went 1-for-2 with a single in a 3-1 loss Tuesday in Cleveland.
Fletcher was removed from Saturday's game in Houston after being hit by a pitch and missed the last two games. He did not start Tuesday but pinch hit for Andrew Velazquez in the fifth inning and remained in the game, playing shortstop. Despite his appearance off the bench, Fletcher doesn't appear to be fully past the hand issue as he bunted in both his plate appearances Tuesday and appeared unable to take full swings, per Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register.

Angels' Andrew Velazquez: Exits with apparent injury
Velazquez was removed from Tuesday's game at Cleveland with an apparent injury, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Velazquez singled in his lone at-bat before being replaced by a pinch hitter during the fifth inning, as he appeared to suffer an injury while he fielded a groundball in the previous frame. David Fletcher, who was out of Tuesday's lineup for a third straight game due to a bruised hand, has entered the game at shortstop for the Halos.

Marlins' Joey Wendle: Steps out of lineup
Wendle is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Phillies, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
Wendle has an .848 OPS with one home run, four doubles, four RBI and four runs through 11 games in September and will head to the bench Tuesday with southpaw Bailey Falter pitching for Philadelphia. Prospect Jordan Groshans was called up for his MLB debut and will start at the hot corner.

Berti is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Phillies, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
Berti started the past six games and will head to the bench after he went 5-for-24 with a double, three RBI, five runs and two stolen bases during that span. Charles Leblanc will step in at the keystone for Miami.

Braves' Vaughn Grissom: Out of lineup Tuesday
Grissom isn't starting in Tuesday's game against San Francisco.
Grissom will sit Tuesday after batting .304 over the past week. He was involved in a collision in right field with teammate Robbie Grossman on Sunday, per Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. While Grissom stayed in the game, it's possible he's dealing with some lingering effects. In his place, Ehire Adrianza will get the nod at second and bat ninth in the Atlanta order.

White Sox's Tim Anderson: Could return next week
Anderson (hand) is resuming baseball activities Tuesday and could return at some point during next week's homestand if all goes well, according to general manager Rick Hahn, Vinnie Duber of AllCHGO.com reports.
Hahn said it will depend how Anderson's ramp up goes, regarding when he could be activated. The White Sox have a homestand that runs from Sept. 20 through Sept. 25. Anderson has been out since Aug. 6 after undergoing left hand surgery.

Seager is not in Tuesday's lineup against the Athletics.
It's just a scheduled day off for Seager, who reached the 30-homer mark for the first time in his career Monday. Josh Smith will get the start at shortstop, hitting eighth.

Astros' Aledmys Diaz: Activated, hitting seventh Tuesday
Diaz (groin) was activated from the 10-day injured list and is starting at designated hitter while batting seventh Tuesday against the Tigers.
He will end up missing four weeks with the groin injury. Diaz had settled into a prominent role prior to the injury, hitting .297/.329/.541 with four home runs in 21 second-half games. However, now that Trey Mancini has settled into a semi-regular role, Diaz may occupy a utility role over the rest of the season.
