Correa went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 5-3 loss to San Diego.

Correa's first-inning single plated one of the three Houston runs scored in that frame. He's been the Astros' steadiest hitter in 2020 and has moved up to third in the batting order the last four games, replacing the injured Alex Bregman (hamstring). The shortstop, who has dealt with injuries the last three seasons, has appeared in all 28 games thus far and leads the team with a .300 average.

Swanson went 3-for-5 with a run scored in Sunday's 5-4 loss to Philadelphia.

All three of Swanson's hits were doubles, and he was able to score on a Freddie Freeman double in the third inning. Swanson almost scored the tying run in the bottom of the ninth on another Freeman double, but he was thrown out at the plate to end the game. The shortstop is slashing .319/.353/.487 with three homers, 16 RBI, 25 runs scored and three stolen bases in 28 games this season. He's added 10 doubles.

Turner went 3-for-3 with a triple, three RBI and two runs in Sunday's win against the Marlins.

Turner has swung a hot bat recently as he's now reached base safely in each of the past 14 contests. His three RBI in Sunday's win matched his highest single-game total of the season, and he now has 13 RBI and 12 extra-base hits while carrying a .949 OPS.

Edman is out of the lineup Sunday against the Reds, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

The 25-year-old operated as the Cardinals' fill-in shortstop over the last couple weeks in place of Paul DeJong, but DeJong makes his return from the COVID-19 injured list Sunday. Edman began the season as the everyday starter at third base and could return to that role with the team nearing full strength.

Lindor went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored Saturday in the Indians' 6-1 win over the Tigers.

After a slow start at the dish to begin the season, Lindor is rounding into peak form offensively. Over his last 10 games, Lindor is slashing .302/.362/.442 with a home run, three doubles, seven runs and four RBI. He'll start at shortstop and will bat third in Sunday's series finale.

DeJong was activated off the COVID-19 injured list Sunday and is starting at shortstop and batting seventh against the Reds, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.

The 27-year-old was previously expected to be activated Monday, but he'll rejoin the team a day early after being sidelined all month following his positive test for COVID-19. DeJong went 4-for-17 with one home run in five games before the Cardinals' outbreak, and he should reclaim the everyday role at shortstop now that he's ready to go.

Rojas is not in the lineup for Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Nationals, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Rojas returned from the injured list Thursday and went 0-for-3 during Game 1. Jonathan Villar will shift over to shortstop in the nightcap, while Jon Berti starts at the keystone.

Wendle will start at third base and bat sixth Saturday against the Blue Jays.

The 30-year-old was originally stationed on the bench for Saturday's contest, but he'll join the starting nine with Yandy Diaz (head) a late scratch. Wendle has a .295/.368/.459 slash line through 68 plate appearances and could see more consistent at-bats if Diaz is forced to miss time.

Gordon isn't in the lineup Saturday against the Rangers.

Even with right-hander Jordan Lyles on the mound for Texas on Saturday, Gordon will take a seat. Sam Haggerty will take over in left field, batting second.

Fletcher went 3-for-5 with a double and a run in a 5-3 loss to the Athletics on Friday.

Fletcher scored the Angels' first run of the game in the fifth inning, beginning the frame with a double and coming around to score on a single by Anthony Rendon. The multi-hit effort was the eighth of the season for Fletcher, who is slashing .313/.373/.464 with three homers and nine RBI. He is tied for the team lead with 17 runs scored.
