Baez is not in the lineup against Cincinnati on Friday.

Now that the Cubs have secured the division title and a place in the playoffs, Baez will continue to receive a little rest while recovering from a bruised knee. The second baseman was held out of Tuesday's lineup and then again Thursday after the club claimed a spot in the NLDS, and will now spend a second straight day on the bench while Tommy La Stella picks up a start at the keystone.

Turner is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Pirates, Dan Kolko of MASN Sports reports.

Turner is hitting a healthy .292/.364/.538 with nine stolen bases and four homers in 106 at-bats since returning from the disabled list, but he'll get the day off after starting 27 of the last 28 games. It will likely be his last breather of the season. In his place, Wilmer Difo will start at shortstop and lead off.

Camargo is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Marlins.

While he's hit an impressive .315/.339/.444 in 54 at-bats this month, Camargo will open on the bench for a second straight contest. In his place, Adonis Garcia will take over at the hot corner, batting sixth. The rookie has shown enough in his first big-league campaign to compete for the starting third baseman job in 2018, assuming the Braves don't look outside the organization for an upgrade.

Rojas is not in the lineup for Thursday's game against the Braves, Andre Fernandez of the Miami Herald reports.

Rojas will get the day off after starting seven straight games at shortstop, despite hitting an impressive .375/.464/.708 with seven RBI and a 0:4 K:BB through 28 plate appearances over that span. Mike Aviles will start and bat eighth in his place.

DeJong went 2-for-4 with an RBI single and a double in Wednesday's 5-1 loss to the Cubs.

The rookie provided his second consecutive multi-hit effort, games in which he has a pair of doubles as well as two RBI overall. DeJong has cooled off after driving in 20 runs in August, but he's still sporting a .330 wOBA and 33.9 percent hard-contact rate over his 100 plate appearances this month -- both rates would rank in the middle of the pack among qualified hitters over a full season.

Seager went 1-for-3 with a walk, a home run and a pair of runs scored in Wednesday's 10-0 rout of the Padres.

The slugging shortstop has now homered in consecutive contests after floundering through his previous 64 September at-bats (.172/.239/.250). Seager's cold streak was likely the result of his nagging ankle and elbow injuries, but his recent power binge indicates that he is back at full strength. The 23-year-old will look to end his strong 2017 campaign (.295/.375/.480 with 22 homers) on a high note at Coors Field this weekend.

Turner went 3-for-3 with a walk, a run scored and two stolen bases in Wednesday's 7-5 loss to the Phillies.

He's now hitting .284 (27-for-95) in September with four homers, seven steals, 12 RBI and 16 runs in 24 games. Turner is locked in as the Nats leadoff man as the team heads into the postseason, and his speed could be a big factor in the NLDS against a Cubs staff that's had issues containing the opposition's running game.

Story went 2-for-4 with four RBI and two runs during Wednesday's win over Miami.

Story now has seven RBI through his past two games and is up to a respectable 23 homers, 80 RBI and 65 runs for the campaign. While he clearly failed to duplicate his excellent pace from last season, Story's counting statistics have been serviceable in the majority of fantasy settings.

Camargo is out of Wednesday's lineup against the Mets.

He has continued to surprise in his rookie season, and is hitting .315/.339/.444 with one home run and just seven strikeouts in 54 at-bats this month. Rio Ruiz will start at the hot corner and hit fifth. Camargo and Ruiz will likely enter spring training competing to be the starting third baseman in 2018, unless the Braves look for an upgrade outside the organization.

Baez (knee) is in the lineup against the Cardinals on Wednesday.

Baez was held out of Tuesday's starting lineup with a bruised knee, but was able to come into the game as a pinch hitter during the loss. He appears to be fairly healthy for the time being, but could wind up getting some rest as soon as the Cubs clinch the division title. For Wednesday's affair, Baez will bat sixth and man the keystone.
