Featherston went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 8-1 win over the Blue Jays.

The 27-year-old utility man, just traded to the Rays last Friday, launched his first round tripper at the big-league level since 2015 in the third to open the scoring on the night. Featherston is currently projected to see occasional playing time around the infield as needed, with Tuesday's start part of the domino effect of Tim Beckham sitting with some knee soreness.

Correa went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to Texas.

Correa is at the top of his position with 12 home runs and 41 RBI while posting an .879 OPS, second only to the Reds' Zack Cozart. Batting cleanup in what has been one of baseball's best offenses, a healthy Correa should make a push for his first 100-RBI season in 2017.

Anderson is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Orioles.

Anderson is starting to figure things out at the plate, although he'll get a night off after 17 straight starts at shortstop. Yolmer Sanchez will slide over to fill in for him at short while Alen Hanson picks up a start at the keystone to round out the infield.

Correa is out of the lineup Sunday against the Angels.

After closing out May in grand fashion, Correa has labored through the Astros' first nine games of June, recording just seven hits in 37 at-bats (.189 average). Manager A.J. Hinch is hopeful that a day out of the lineup will provide a needed reset for Correa, who should return to the lineup for Monday's series opener against the Rangers. Marwin Gonzalez will spell Correa at shortstop Sunday.

Tejada will start at third base and bat ninth Sunday against the Yankees, Eduardo A. Encina of The Baltimore Sun reports.

It will be the third straight start for Tejada, who has been filling in at the hot corner while Manny Machado (wrist) tends to an injury. Orioles manager Buck Showalter has said that he doesn't expect Machado to require a trip to the disabled list, so Tejada's hold on an everyday role may not last beyond Sunday.

Featherston was traded to the Rays on Friday in exchange for cash considerations, Meghan Montemurro of The News Journal reports.

The 27-year-old utility infielder hasn't shown much hitting ability during his stints in the big leagues, but he's shown an advanced eye at the plate this season, as evidenced by his career-best 13 percent walk rate. He has some swing-and-miss to his game, but Featherston's defensive versatility could be useful in a reserve role. To make room for him on the 40-man roster, Matt Duffy (heel) was transferred to the 60-day disabled list.

Lindor went 2-for-4 with a double in Thursday's loss to the Rockies.

Among major-league shortstops, Lindor leads the pack with 16 doubles and 12 home runs. He's now on pace to hammer 45 doubles and 34 home runs, both of which would crush last season's career highs of 30 and 15, respectively.

O'Malley (shoulder) was cleared to play catch for the first time since undergoing surgery in early May, Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times reports.

O'Malley still has at least a month to go before returning but progress is a positive start. The 29-year-old underwent arthroscopic surgery after dealing with a shoulder problem that was causing him issues while he was on the disabled list for an appendectomy. O'Malley hit .229/.299/.319 last season in 89 games of work.

Tejada was called up by the Orioles on Tuesday, Eduardo A. Encina of The Baltimore Sun reports.

The Orioles acquired Tejada from the Yankees on Sunday for cash, and he's set to assume Paul Janish's role as the team's utility infielder with Janish designated for assignment. Tejada, 27, has hit .252/.327/.320 with 10 homers and 16 stolen bases in 616 career games in the major leagues (2,262 plate appearances). He figures to stick around until Ryan Flaherty (shoulder) is good to go.

Tejada was traded to the Orioles by the Yankees on Sunday in exchange for cash considerations.

The infielder hasn't set foot on a major-league diamond this season and, as such, will report to Baltimore's Triple-A Norfolk affiliate. Tejada's numbers in 2017 with Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre aren't awful (.269 average, 21 RBI, six homers 15:17 BB:K in 130 at-bats), so it'll be interesting to see if he'll get a shot with Baltimore as the season progresses.
