Miller (shoulder) will make another rehab start with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Thursday, Juan Toribio of MLB.com reports.

Miller was effective in his last outing with Oklahoma City, pitching four innings, allowing one run on four hits and two walks while striking out two batters Friday. Manager Dave Roberts said that if all goes well Thursday, it'll be Miller's final appearance of his rehab assignment before he'll return to the major-league roster. The 25-year-old has been on the 15-day injured list since April 13 due to right shoulder inflammation, but Miller now appears to be on the doorstep of making his return after two months on the shelf.

Double-A Wichita reinstated Lewis (shoulder) from its 60-day injured list Tuesday, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

The right-hander has been sidelined for the first couple months of the season with a shoulder injury but is ready to join Wichita's rotation after three rehab starts in the lower minors. The 23-year-old is one of Minnesota's top pitching prospects and had a 2.49 ERA and 118:33 K:BB over 101.1 innings between the Single-A and High-A levels during his first professional campaign in 2023.

Gray (elbow) is scheduled to make a rehab start Friday with Double-A Harrisburg, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

The 26-year-old opened his rehab assignment with Single-A Fredericksburg over the weekend and threw 43 pitches across three innings. Gray will continue to build up his workload in the minors, and manager Dave Martinez said up to five rehab starts could be necessary before the right-hander rejoins the Nationals.

Cobb (hip/shoulder) is expected to throw a bullpen session Tuesday in San Francisco, Shayna Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Cobb has missed the entirety of the 2024 campaign while working his way back from hip surgery as well as soreness in his pitching shoulder. The 36-year-old appears to be on the cusp of taking a substantial step forward in his recovery, and if he can string together a couple successful bullpen sessions, a rehab assignment could be on the horizon. Cobb will still likely need multiple weeks to build up his activity before returning to the major-league roster at some point in July, barring any setbacks.

Silseth (elbow) will make a rehab start with Triple-A Salt Lake on Tuesday and is expected to pitch about five innings, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Registerreports.

The right-hander threw 56 pitches over four frames in the rookie-level Arizona Complex League during his second rehab outing last week, and he'll move to the upper minors for his third start. Jose Suarez is making a spot start Tuesday for the Angels, but Silseth could step into that spot in the rotation Sunday in San Francisco with a strong showing with Salt Lake.

Gallen (hamstring) threw a bullpen session Tuesday, Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reports.

Gallen began throwing off flat ground Saturday, and Tuesday marks the first time he's thrown off a mound since landing on the IL with a strained right hamstring. Manager Torey Lovullo said the 28-year-old righty is slated for another bullpen session Friday, after which he will likely progress to pitching sim games before returning to Arizona's rotation.

Woo was scratched from his scheduled start Tuesday against the White Sox as the Mariners await MRI results on his right arm, Adam Jude of The Seattle Times reports.

The right-hander missed the first six weeks of the season with elbow inflammation and is now potentially dealing with another arm issue a month later. Woo has been dominant in six starts for Seattle with a 1.07 ERA, 0.53 WHIP and 24:2 K:BB over 33.2 innings, but his outlook is now up in the air as he continues to be evaluated.

Woo will not start Tuesday's game versus the White Sox, Shannon Drayer of Seattle Sports 710 AM reports.

The Mariners have not yet said why Woo won't start as scheduled Tuesday, but an update on his status should come in the near future. In the meantime, Jhonathan Diaz will come up from Triple-A Tacoma to start in Woo's place.

Williams (elbow) will make his next rehab start Saturday and is expected to throw about four innings and 65 pitches, Mandy Bell of MLB.com reports.

Williams covered three frames during his third rehab outing Sunday and will continue building up his workload this weekend. The right-hander could require another start in the minors after that before joining the Guardians, but he should be ready for his season debut in the majors before the end of June.

Guardians manager Stephen Vogt said Tuesday that Lively (undisclosed) has checked out fine and is expected to make his next turn through the rotation, Mandy Bell of MLB.com reports.

The 32-year-old experienced some unspecified tightness during his start in Miami over the weekend, which resulted in him being lifted after five scoreless innings. Lively hasn't had any issues over the past couple days, putting him on track to start this weekend in Toronto. Cleveland should confirm its pitching plans later in the week.
