Peterson (7-4) took the loss Friday, giving up three runs on five hits and two walks over 3.2 innings as the Mets fell 6-3 to the Marlins. He struck out seven.

The strikeouts salvaged some fantasy value for the lefty, but Peterson wasn't sharp, tossing 44 of 78 pitches for strikes and serving up three extra-base hits, including a first-inning homer by Garrett Cooper. Peterson has lasted six innings only once in five starts since the beginning of August but hasn't pitched badly, posting a 3.24 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 31:8 K:BB through 25 innings over that stretch.

Odorizzi (arm) is slated to start Sunday's game in Seattle.

Odorizzi was scratched from his most recent scheduled start last weekend due to arm fatigue, but he'll be plugged back into Atlanta's rotation for the series finale in Seattle after he completed a bullpen session Wednesday without incident. Since joining Atlanta in an Aug. 1 deal with Houston, Odorizzi has posted a 1-2 record to go with a 4.26 ERA and 1.46 WHIP across 25.1 innings.

Alexander (2-3) took the loss to the Reds on Friday, allowing five runs on nine hits while striking out four and walking one over 5.1 innings.

Alexander tossed 58 of 88 pitches for strikes in Friday's outing. Alexander has been used as both a starter and reliever throughout the season, but has struggled in both roles. Friday's outing was the 10th time in 17 outings that he has given up two or more earned runs. He has just three scoreless appearances totaling 4.2 innings. Alexander has made it through the sixth inning once this season, resulting in his only quality start. The righty will take a 5.29 ERA into his next appearance.

Lodolo (4-5) earned the win against the Brewers on Friday, allowing two runs on five hits while striking out 11 and walking none across eight innings.

Lodolo limited the damage to just two runs while tossing 71 of 107 pitches for strikes across eight frames. This was one of Lodolo's best performances of the season, his first with double-digit strikeouts. The lefty has pitched well in his last five starts, picking up four quality starts while giving up nine runs in 33.1 innings for a 2.43 ERA. During that span, Lodolo has lowered his season ERA from 4.72 to where it sits now at a more palatable 3.78.

Marquez gave up nine earned runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out two over four-plus innings in a 13-10 win over the Diamondbacks. He did not factor into the decision.

Marquez came into the fifth inning having only given up one run, but things quickly unraveled in the thin Colorado air. Ultimately, Marquez would be tagged for eight earned runs in the inning, spurred by a bases-loaded four pitch walk to Ketel Marte and then a grand slam by Dalton Varsho after Marquez was pulled from the game without recording an out in the inning. Marquez is yet to find consistent success in the majors and now carries a 5.25 ERA in 27 starts this season. He is tentatively expected to make his next turn in the rotation at the Cubs.

Davies gave up six earned runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out four over 3.2 innings in a 13-10 loss to the Rockies on Friday. He did not factor into the decision.

Davies struggled immensely in this road start at Colorado, giving up three home runs on 74 pitches. It was Davies' worst start of the year and the first time he has given up six runs this season. Davies' ERA jumped from 3.74 to 4.09 with the appearance. The 29 year-old right-hander remains stuck at two wins despite making 23 starts for the Diamondbacks this season. He is expected to make his text turn in the rotation against the Dodgers.

May registered a no-decision during Friday's 5-4 loss to San Diego, allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits and three walks with three strikeouts in five innings.

The bulk of the damage against May came on a Trent Grisham three-run home run in the second inning, though he also surrendered multiple baserunners in the third and fifth. The 25-year-old struggled with his control for a second-straight start, issuing three walks while tossing only 47 of 82 pitches for strikes. After two excellent starts against Miami coming off the IL, May has struggled against San Diego in his two most recent turns and sports a 4.29 ERA and 1.19 WHIP with 21 strikeouts across 21 innings. He's slated to toe the rubber again midweek in Arizona.

Clevinger didn't factor into the decision during Friday's 5-4 win against the Dodgers, allowing four runs on five hits and one walk with four strikeouts in five innings.

Clevinger permitted the bulk of the damage in the third inning, allowing two runs on four baserunners while also serving up solo shots in the first and fourth. The 31-year-old tossed 60 of 90 pitches for strikes with 13 of the swinging variety, though he failed to surpass four strikeouts for the seventh straight start. During the stretch, Clevinger has surrendered 22 runs in 33.1 innings while posting 2-3 record. He carries a 4.13 ERA and 1.19 WHIP into his next start, projected to come midweek in Seattle.

Morton (8-5) earned the win during Friday's 6-4 victory over Seattle, allowing four runs on six hits and two walks with five strikeouts in 6.1 innings.

Both offenses went back and forth but Atlanta eventually prevailed to give Morton his third straight winning decision. Carlos Santana was responsible for the bulk of the damage against the 38-year-old with a pair of long balls, and all four runs on Morton's ledger were the result of three home runs. During the win streak, he's permitted 11 runs across 29.2 innings while recording 39 strikeouts. Morton is scheduled to take the mound again midweek in San Francisco.

Smyly (6-8) allowed one unearned run on one hit and two walks over seven innings Friday, striking out eight and earning a win over San Francisco.

Smyly fired seven shutout frames before he was charged with an unearned run in the eighth. He's given up two or fewer runs in eight of his last 10 starts, but the veteran lefty has only a 4-3 record during that span despite registering a 2.85 ERA. On the year, Smyly is sporting a 3.57 ERA with an 84:25 K:BB through 98.1 innings. He's expected to face the Rockies at home next week.
