Griffin Canning SP | SD
Angels' Griffin Canning: Gets back in win column
Canning (3-8) allowed one run on five hits and one walk while striking out five over seven innings to earn the win over the Athletics on Monday.
Canning limited the damage to a Tyler Nevin solo home run in the second inning. This strong outing -- Canning's longest of the season -- ended his four-start losing streak. It's just the fourth time in 16 starts he's given up one run or less. The right-hander is now at a 4.72 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 59:30 K:BB through 87.2 innings this season. Canning is projected to make his next start at home versus the Tigers.

Taj Bradley SP | MIN
Rays' Taj Bradley: Fans eight in no-decision
Bradley came away with a no-decision Monday against Seattle, allowing one earned run on two hits and four walks while striking out eight over 5.1 innings.
The only run given up by Bradley came on a fourth-inning home run by Cal Raleigh. The right-hander yielded just two hits, but the four walks are a season worst, and he has now walked multiple batters in six of his past seven starts. The 23-year-old has an excellent 10.8 K/9 (91st percentile), but he will need to minimize free passes to stay consistent. On the season, Bradley has recorded a 3.81 ERA, a 1.15 WHIP and a 61:18 K:BB over 49.2 innings. His next start is currently scheduled for this weekend against Washington.

Chris Bassitt SP | BAL
Blue Jays' Chris Bassitt: Tosses seven innings
Bassitt allowed two runs on five hits and a walk over seven innings in a no-decision Monday. He struck out two during the loss to Boston.
Aside from Rafael Devers' two-run shot in the fourth inning, Bassitt had little trouble during the quality start. Bassitt was in line for the win before Toronto's bullpen was tagged with five runs. After producing a 5.03 over his first nine starts, he owns a strong 1.67 ERA over his last seven outings. Bassitt's season ERA sits at 3.45 alongside an 83:35 K:BB. He is currently projected to face the Yankees at home this weekend.

Tanner Houck SP | BOS
Red Sox's Tanner Houck: Fans seven in quality start
Houck allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits and a walk over 6.2 innings in a no-decision Monday. He struck out seven during the win against the Blue Jays.
Houck gave up just one run through six frames before the Blue Jays put two more runs on his final line during their five-run seventh inning. He's produced six quality starts in his last seven outings, giving him 13 through 16 total starts. Houck owns a terrific 2.18 ERA with a 101:18 K:BB through 103.1 frames. His next start is projected to be at home against the Padres.

Cade Povich SP | BAL
Orioles' Cade Povich: So-so in loss
Povich (0-2) took the loss Monday against Cleveland, yielding three earned runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out five over 5.2 innings.
Povich allowed four extra-base hits on the night including a solo home run to Jose Ramirez in the sixth inning. Since a brutal MLB debut on June 6 where he allowed six earned runs, the 24-year-old rookie has pitched to a 2.20 ERA and a 1.12 WHIP in 16.1 innings over his past three starts. It remains to be seen if Povich will hold onto his rotation spot when Dean Kremer (triceps) returns from the IL. With Kremer likely to be activated in early July, Povich should make at least one more start, currently scheduled for this weekend against the Rangers.

Tanner Bibee SP | CLE
Guardians' Tanner Bibee: Fans seven in win
Bibee (6-2) picked up the win Monday against Baltimore, allowing two runs (one earned) on five hits and one walk while striking out seven over six innings.
Bibee allowed an RBI single to Ryan O'Hearn in the opening frame, but he quickly found his groove and limited an explosive Orioles offense to just one earned run. The 25-year-old is one of the hottest pitchers in baseball right now, notching seven or more strikeouts for the fifth consecutive start. During that span, Bibee has pitched to a 2.51 ERA, a 0.92 WHIP and a sparkling 44:5 K:BB over 28.2 innings. He will look to keep his success going in his next start, currently scheduled for this weekend in Kansas City.

Casey Mize SP | DET
Tigers' Casey Mize: Fans 10 in loss
Mize (1-6) took the loss Monday against the Phillies, allowing four runs (three earned) on nine hits and zero walks over 4.1 innings. He struck out 10.
Mize got roughed up in the opening frame, allowing a two-run double to Bryce Harper before surrendering an Alec Bohm home run the very next at-bat. The 27-year-old found his groove after the first inning, not allowing another run while logging a season-best 10 strikeouts. The strikeouts are likely an outlier as Mize had not registered more than six punchouts in any start this season. Despite his ugly 1-6 record, the right-hander has pitched better as of late -- Monday marked his sixth-consecutive start allowing three earned runs or less. He is tentatively scheduled for a road start against the Angels this weekend.

Emerson Hancock SP | SEA
Mariners' Emerson Hancock: Nursing back issue
Hancock (back) was removed from start this past Wednesday with Triple-A Tacoma due to lower-back tightness, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Hancock was expected to make his next appearance Saturday, but his status is currently in question. There's also a possibility that Seattle would promote Hancock to pitch against Minnesota over the weekend if Bryan Woo (hamstring) forced to go on the injured list, but Hancock's own health complicates the matter. The club will likely re-evaluate the right-hander over the next few days to determine his availability going forward.

Bryan Woo SP | SEA
Mariners' Bryan Woo: Nursing hamstring injury
Woo was removed from Monday's game against the Rays due to right hamstring tightness.
Woo left his start with the team trainer after suffering what looked to be a right leg injury, and he's since been diagnosed with a hamstring issue. The team should have a better idea of whether he'll require a trip to the injured list after further evaluation, and he's set to undergo an MRI on Tuesday, per Daniel Kramer of MLB.com.

Bryan Woo SP | SEA
Mariners' Bryan Woo: Exits early versus Rays
Woo left Monday's contest in the fourth inning due to an apparent right leg injury, Shannon Drayer of SeattleSports.com reports.
Woo pitched three scoreless innings, allowing four hits while striking out three batters to open his outing Monday. He then surrendered a leadoff single to Richie Palacios in the bottom of the fourth inning and was removed thereafter with a right leg injury. Woo was visibly upset after tweaking something in his leg and a more exact diagnosis will likely come in the near future.
