Manoah will make his next start with Double-A New Hampshire on Sunday, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Despite being hammered for 11 runs in just 2.2 innings during his time in rookie ball, the Blue Jays still felt that Manoah was able to do everything he needed to do and have now rewarded him with a promotion to Double-A. Although he was promoted rather quickly, it's still apparent Manoah has a long way to go before he can rejoin the Jays' rotation -- especially if he doesn't find a way to recover from Tuesday's abysmal performance.

Clevinger (biceps) will not return before the All-Star break, MLB.com reports.

Clevinger has been sidelined since June 14 and there have been very few updates on his progress since. Manager Pedro Grifol ruled Clevinger out from returning before the All-Star break, but there's no guarantee he'll be ready to return in mid-July.

Medina (2-7) earned the win Friday, allowing one run on four hits and five walks over five innings in a 7-4 win over the White Sox. He struck out four.

Medina finally had a solid night amidst a rough rookie campaign thus far. In fact, this marked the first time that the right-hander has completed five innings without allowing multiple runs. Although this was a positive step forward, he has to be considered a high-risk option for fantasy purposes until he can string together more of these performances.

Canning (6-3) took the loss Friday, allowing five runs on three hits and four walks over six innings against the Diamondbacks. He struck out nine.

Canning actually tied his season high for strikeouts in a game, but his day was spoiled by Lourdes Gurriel's grand slam early on. Even with this loss, however, the right-hander still posted a 3.41 ERA in the month of June, a season low for him. His next start is tentatively scheduled to be against the Padres on Wednesday.

Berrios (8-6) took the loss Friday, giving up four runs on five hits -- including three home runs -- over six innings as the Blue Jays fell 5-0 to the Red Sox. He struck out eight.

He traded goose eggs with James Paxton through four innings, but Boston's bats got to Berrios beginning in the fifth while Toronto's offense never woke up. It's the first time since May 1 that the right-hander has served up multiple homers in a game, and in the 10 starts between those outings he posted a 2.66 ERA, 1.18 WHIP and 53:21 K:BB through 61 innings. Berrios lines up for one more start before the All-Star break, which is likely to come on the road next week against the White Sox.

Paxton (4-1) picked up the win in Friday's 5-0 victory over the Blue Jays, allowing three hits and two walks over 7.2 scoreless innings. He struck out seven.

The Canadian southpaw delivered his longest outing of the season in a dazzling performance, generating 32 called or swinging strikes over his 110 pitches. Paxton has five quality starts in nine trips to the mound since coming off the IL in mid-May, posting a 2.70 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 61:13 K:BB over 50 innings. He's set to make one more start before the All-Star break, which is likely to come at home next week against the Rangers.

Kremer (8-4) took the loss Friday as the Orioles were routed 8-1 by the Twins, surrendering seven runs on seven hits and two walks over three-plus innings. He struck out five.

The game started nearly an hour and a half late due to rain, and Kremer never seemed comfortable once he got on the mound, giving up single runs in the first and second innings before Minnesota really started to pile it on. The right-hander had real trouble keeping the ball in the park in June -- he served up homers to Joey Gallo and Max Kepler on Friday, and through six starts and 32 innings on the month he got tagged for 10 homers, leading to a 5.91 ERA despite a sharp 34:7 K:BB. That's an ominous trend heading into his last outing before the All-Star break, which is likely to come on the road next week at Yankee Stadium.

Lopez (4-5) picked up the win Friday, allowing one run on three hits and three walks over six innings in an 8-1 victory over the Orioles. He struck out six.

The first pitch was delayed by nearly 90 minutes due to rain, but once Lopez got on the mound he was dialed in, firing 66 of 100 pitches for strikes en route to his fourth quality start in his last five outings and 10th of the year. The right-hander also won his first game in June on the last day of the month, and he's posted a 4.46 ERA over his last six starts despite a 1.18 WHIP and 45:10 K:BB through 36.1 innings. He'll look to stay on track in his last start before the All-Star break, which is likely to come at home next weekend against the Royals.

Quantrill (2-5) took the loss Friday, allowing six runs on eight hits and two walks over 3.1 innings against the Cubs. He struck out one.

Quantrill had been dealing with shoulder inflammation but was activated from the 15-day injured list ahead of Friday's contest and made his first MLB start since May 30. The right-hander got into trouble the second time through the order and was eventually tagged for six runs, raising his ERA to 6.18 through 12 appearances. He has now allowed at least six runs in three straight starts and boasts a horrendous 6:7 K:BB during that stretch. It's encouraging to see Quantrill back in the big leagues, but he's not a strong fantasy option at the moment.

McClanahan was pulled after three innings in Friday's start against the Mariners after his back flared up, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

McClanahan allowed four earned runs on five hits and three walks, and the Rays initially claimed the quick hook was a result of ineffectiveness rather than injury. However, after the game, manager Kevin Cash admitted that McClanahan's back became an issue. Further testing will be done, but Cash noted that a stint on the injured list is a possibility.
