Shelby Miller RP | CHC
Dodgers' Shelby Miller: Signs with Dodgers
Miller signed a major-league deal with the Dodgers on Tuesday, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.
Miller spent most of last season in Triple-A, where he racked up a 3.04 ERA and 1.13 WHIP through 53.1 frames. The 32-year-old reliever is coming off his best season in the majors since 2017, but his less-than-stellar 8.92 ERA and 1.95 WHIP between 2018-22 sets a low bar. It's unclear what role Miller will play in the Dodgers' bullpen in 2023.

Chris Devenski RP | NYM
Angels' Chris Devenski: Inks deal with Angels
Devenski signed a minor-league contract with the Angels on Monday, Sam Blum of The Athletic reports.
Devenski will receive another chance to get back on track after struggling to see consistent big-league action during his last three seasons. He's allowed 27 earned runs to go along with a 22:6 K:BB across 25.2 frames over his last three years in the big leagues, spending time in Houston, Arizona and Philadelphia. Per Jon Morosi of MLB Network, Devenski is set to compete for a spot on the Opening Day roster during spring training.

Trevor Gott RP | WAS
Mariners' Trevor Gott: Latches on with Seattle
Gott signed a one-year contract with the Mariners on Monday, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.
Gott will head to the West Coast after spending the 2022 campaign with Milwaukee. He served as one of the Brewers' most dependable arms during the 2022 season, finishing with a 4.14 ERA and 1.03 WHIP to go with a 44:12 K:BB across 45.2 innings. Gott is a much-needed addition for the Mariners, who have little veteran experience in the bullpen outside of Paul Sewald, Andrew Munoz and Diego Castillo.

Robert Gsellman RP | WAS
Robert Gsellman: Continuing career in Japan
Gsellman signed a one-year contract Sunday with the Yokohama DeNA BayStars of Japan's Nippon Professional Baseball.
After spending the last 12 years in affiliated ball, the 29-year-old Gsellman will head overseas to continue his career. Gsellman was most recently a member of the Cubs organization, making eight relief appearances for the big club and 10 appearances (nine starts) for Triple-A Iowa before he was released in July. Gsellman owns a 4.60 ERA and 10.1 K-BB% across 366 innings over parts of seven seasons in the big leagues.

Rico Garcia RP | BAL
Athletics' Rico Garcia: Links up with Oakland
Garcia signed a minor-league contract with the Athletics on Nov. 14.
Garcia is expected to open the 2023 campaign at Triple-A Las Vegas, though he'll likely get the opportunity to attend Oakland's big-league camp this spring as a non-roster invitee. He made six appearances out of the Baltimore bullpen in 2022 but otherwise spent the majority of the season at Triple-A Norfolk, where he produced a 2.34 ERA and 1.14 WHIP in 34.2 innings.

Mauricio Llovera RP | SEA
Giants' Mauricio Llovera: Re-ups with Giants
Llovera (elbow) re-signed with the Giants on a minor-league deal Nov. 19.
One day after being non-tendered by the Giants, Llovera quickly re-upped with the organization on a new deal. Though he won't reclaim a spot on the Giants' 40-man roster, his minor-league pact will presumably allow him to compete for a spot in the big club's Opening Day bullpen during spring training. Before finishing the season on the injured list with a Grade 2 right flexor strain, Llovera posted a 4.41 ERA and 1.35 WHIP in 16.1 innings with San Francisco.

Ariel Jurado RP | TEX
Ariel Jurado: Headed to KBO
Jurado signed with the Kiwoom Heroes of the KBO on Thursday, Dan Kurtz of MyKBO.net reports.
Jurado spent the majority of the 2022 season at Triple-A St. Paul as a member of the Twins' organization. He managed an effective 3.54 ERA and 0.98 WHIP across 53.1 innings and will now have a chance to contribute in the KBO.
-
Jacob Webb RP | CHC
Angels' Jacob Webb: Joins Angels
Webb signed a minor-league deal with the Angels on Thursday, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
Webb spent the entire 2022 season in Triple-A, splitting time with the Atlanta and Arizona organizations. He had effective seasons in the majors in both 2019 and 2020, so it's possible he contributes with the Angels in 2023.

Denyi Reyes RP | NYM
Mets' Denyi Reyes: Signs with Mets
Reyes signed a minor-league contract with the Mets on Wednesday.
Reyes will be invited to spring training as a non-roster invitee in 2023 as part of his agreement with the Mets. He made his major-league debut with the Orioles in 2022 and posted a 2.35 ERA and 1.17 WHIP in 7.2 innings over three appearances (one start).
-
Joely Rodriguez RP | BOS
Red Sox's Joely Rodriguez: Signed by Red Sox
Rodriguez (shoulder) signed a one-year contract with the Red Sox on Wednesday.
Rodriguez will head to Boston after spending the 2022 campaign with the Mets, posting a 4.47 ERA and 1.35 WHIP with 57 strikeouts over 50.1 innings in 55 appearances. The 31-year-old sustained a shoulder injury in the postseason, the severity of which has yet to be disclosed, though he seems likely to be ready to go for spring training in February. Rodriguez will provide the Red Sox with another left-handed arm out of the bullpen. Based on his performance in 2023, the team has a club option to retain him for an additional season.
