Mejia (suspension) was non-tendered by the Brewers on Friday.

Mejia has been hit with a PED suspension in each of the last two seasons, the latest being of the 162-game variety. He won't be eligible to appear in a major-league game again until the very end of the 2024 campaign and could have trouble attracting suitors in free agency.

Sanmartin (elbow) was non-tendered by the Reds on Friday.

Sanmartin will miss much of the 2024 season after requiring Tommy John surgery this past July, but he is only 27 years old and should eventually find a home in free agency.

Marte was non-tendered by the Angels on Friday, MLB.com reports.

Marte gave up nine runs while walking seven in 9.1 innings of relief for the Angels in 2023 and he struggled to a 7.36 ERA with the big club in 2022. The 27-year-old reliever averaged 95.2 mph with his fastball last season, which represents a career low over three MLB seasons.

Law was non-tendered by Cincinnati on Friday.

Law posted a solid 3.60 ERA with 45 strikeouts over 55 innings this past year for the Reds, but they have opted to avoid paying him a raise in salary arbitration. The veteran reliever was projected to command around $1.4 million in 2024. He is now a free agent.

Waites (elbow) was non-tendered by the Giants on Friday.

Waites is recovering from Tommy John surgery that will keep him out for the entire 2024 season. The hard-throwing righty reliever had a down year in 2023, logging a 6.16 ERA at Triple-A and struggling in a brief look in the majors.

Szapucki (side) was non-tendered by the Giants on Friday.

He had surgery to relieve thoracic outlet syndrome in May, so Szapucki may not be healthy for the start of the 2024 season. The 27-year-old lefty converted to relief pitching after joining the Giants from the Mets in 2022. He has an 8.68 ERA in 18.2 MLB innings.

Heuer (elbow) became a free agent Friday after being non-tendered by the Cubs.

Heuer hasn't appeared in a major-league game since 2021 and is on the mend from June surgery to repair a fracture in his right elbow. The 27-year-old will seek out a fresh start on the open market.

Cruz was non-tendered by the Giants on Friday.

A 23-year-old reliever who has never pitched above Double-A, Cruz logged a 6.66 ERA and 31 walks in 25.2 innings at Double-A in 2023.

Hughes (knee) was non-tendered by the Cubs on Friday.

Hughes allowed 11 earned runs over 13.2 innings this past year with Chicago before requiring season-ending knee surgery in June. He should be 100 percent by the spring but is now a free agent and may have to find a new home.

Roberts (elbow) was non-tendered by the Cubs on Friday.

Roberts underwent Tommy John surgery in July of 2022 and did not pitch at any level in 2023, though he's expected to be fully recovered by the beginning of spring training in 2024. The 26-year-old right-hander should get a fresh start with a new organization.
