Strahm (knee) completed three shutout innings during a rehab start at Double-A San Antonio, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Strahm tossed 55 pitches -- up from 47 in his first rehab appearance -- with four strikeouts and two hits allowed. The 26-year-old appears to be progressing well but at this point his return timeline remains fairly unclear.

The Dodgers traded Neal to the Reds on Tuesday, John Fay of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Neal cleared waivers after the Dodgers designated him for assignment earlier this month, and now he joins the Reds' organization in a trade for Ariel Hernandez. The 29-year-old is likely headed to Triple-A Louisville but could see the majors at some point with Cincinnati currently featuring the worst team ERA (5.78) in Major League Baseball.

The Reds traded Hernandez to the Dodgers on Tuesday, John Fay of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Hernandez was designated for assignment by the Reds on Friday but the team was able to flip him to the Dodgers for Zach Neal and Ibandel Isabel. The 26-year-old was at Double-A Pensacola for the Reds, but is now on the Dodgers' 40-roster and is headed for Double-A Tulsa, Eric Stephen of TrueBlueLA.com reports.

McGrath was optioned to Triple-A El Paso on Tuesday.

Since being recalled from the Triple-A level on April 13, McGrath has appeared in two games. Between the two he threw three shutout innings and allowed one hit and a walk while recording three strikeouts. In a corresponding move, Tyler Webb was recalled from El Paso.

In a corresponding move, Kyle McGrath was optioned to El Paso. Webb appeared in a combined nine games (eight innings) between the Brewers and Yankees last season. In that time he allowed five runs on five walks and nine hits, with two of those hits being home runs.

Lopez was optioned to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Tuesday, Tom Haudricourt of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Lopez came up to the big leagues to offer bullpen help, and he held his own in the majors. He gave up a run in a three-inning appearance Monday, striking out two and walking three. Now that he's unavailable to pitch for the next few days, he made for an obvious choice to send to the minors to make room for Christian Yelich to return from the disabled list. Lopez could be back in the majors soon, however, given his ability to throw multiple innings and relative experience in the big leagues.

Robles was optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday.

Robles was likely unavailable for Tuesday's game against the Nationals after pitching three consecutive days, so the Mets decided to send him back to the minors in exchange for a fresh bullpen arm (Gerson Bautista). Robles owns a 3.38 ERA and 13:1 K:BB rate across eight big-league innings this season, but he's struggled with the long ball (3.4 HR/9). He should be back with the big club once additional bullpen help is needed.

Cimber tossed three no-hit innings in relief during the Padres' 10-3 loss to the Dodgers on Monday. He struck out three and walked one in the 37-pitch outing.

The 27-year-old Cimber cracked the Padres' Opening Day roster to little fanfare in March, but he's quickly emerged as one of the more dominant members of the San Diego bullpen. Though Cimber's 1.38 ERA, 0.77 WHIP and 5.3 K/BB on the season would be more than serviceable if he were used as strictly as a one-inning setup man, his fantasy utility is enhanced by the Padres' willingness to deploy him as a multi-inning weapon. Cimber has retired six or more hitters in four of his last five appearances, notching at least three strikeouts in all of those extended outings.

Hernandez (mouth) threw four innings in a game at extended spring training Monday, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.

The Rule 5 pick had been returned from his rehab assignment back on April 9 due to a broken fingernail, but it seems like he's past that issue. Hernandez still remains without a timetable for return, though he'll likely need a couple rehab starts to build back up to a starter's workload.

Vizcaino worked around a hit and used a strikeout to record a scoreless inning for his first save Monday against the Phillies.

Vizcaino has had just two save opportunities despite Atlanta's nine wins this season, and he blew the first chance. He owns a 2.35 ERA but has been wild at times, with six walks in 6.2 innings. The talent is obvious for Vizcaino, who already has nine strikeouts, but the question is if he can be consistent enough to succeed as closer.
