Andriese is expected to move back to the bullpen during the upcoming week with Diamondbacks manager Torey Lovullo naming Matt Koch the team's starting pitcher for Tuesday's game against the Dodgers, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.

Andriese received the first opportunity to enter the rotation in place of Clay Buchholz (elbow), who sustained a season-ending injury Sept. 13. The right-hander's first start with the Diamondbacks was disastrous, as he lasted just two innings while giving up five runs on five hits to take the loss Sept. 18 against the Cubs. Koch, meanwhile, shined in long relief behind Andriese with four scoreless innings, so he'll get a look in the fifth starter's role during the final week of the season.

Bracho notched two strikeouts and retired the other three hitters he faced in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Rockies.

Since rejoining the Diamondbacks in September when rosters expanded, Bracho has been one of the team's most heavily used bullpen arms. His appearance Saturday was his ninth of the month, as well as his best to date. Bracho, who has posted a 3.08 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 31:10 K:BB across 26.1 innings in the big leagues this season, will look to turn in a couple more solid outings during the final week of the campaign to build his case for a full-time gig in the majors in 2019.

Jansen struck out both batters he faced to earn the save against the Padres on Saturday.

Jansen was called into the game with a five-run cushion after Yimi Garcia and Tony Cingrani combined to allow four of the first five batters they faced to reach base in the ninth inning. Once he entered, Jansen closed out the game by throwing only eight pitches. He now has 37 saves on the season, good for second in the National League.

Voth (1-1) threw five scoreless innings to earn his first major-league win Saturday, allowing one hit and two walks while striking out five in a 6-0 victory over the Mets.

Making a spot start, Voth threw just 73 pitches (49 strikes) but hushed the Mets, with his main batted-ball blemish coming in the fourth inning on a Michael Conforto single. Tanner Roark's return from a paternity absence will shift Voth back to relief work, though, for the final week of the regular season.

Melancon (0-3) gave up one run on one hit -- a walkoff home run -- over two-thirds of an inning to take the loss to the Cardinals on Saturday.

Melancon was called upon in a tie game in the 10th inning and recorded two outs before Tyler O'Neill won the game with a solo shot. The 33-year-old had a run of nine appearances with just one earned run, but he's given up three runs in his last two outings.

Rodriguez gave up four earned runs over six innings in a no-decision against St. Louis on Saturday, allowing seven hits and one walk while striking out two.

Rodriguez gave up only two runs through the first six innings but ran into trouble in the seventh when Yadier Molina hit a two-run homer. The 26-year-old has has been a pleasant surprise for the Giants over his 20 starts this season, compiling a 2.50 ERA and 1.08 WHIP along with an 88:33 K:BB.

Vizcaino struck out one in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday to record his 16th save of the season in a 5-3 win over the Phillies as the Braves clinched the National League East title.

The righty converted his first save since June 17 and has now thrown three scoreless innings in four appearances since his return from the disabled list. The 27-year-old figures to be an important part of the Atlanta late-inning relief crew in the postseason, and he might get more save opportunities over the season's final week.

Koch will start Tuesday against the Dodgers, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.

Koch has appeared in 18 games (13 starts) for the Diamondbacks this season, posting a 4.26 ERA with 48 strikeouts over 82.1 frames. Although he was moved to the bullpen Tuesday, he'll get one more chance to start before the year ends.

Minter struck out one and allowed one run on two hits en route to a save against the Phillies on Friday.

Minter gave up a triple to Jorge Alfaro and an RBI single to Maikel Franco but was able to preserve the lead and lock down his 15th save of the season. Minter has allowed runs to score in three of his last six appearances but has not blown a save in that timeframe. On the year, the lefty has a 3.34 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and a 67:21 K:BB in 59.1 innings. For now, Minter remains the primary closer in Atlanta, and time will tell if the Braves decide to give Arodys Vizcaino some chances in the ninth inning in the last days of the season.

Yates got the save against the Dodgers on Friday, working around one earned run on two hits over 1.1 innings to close out San Diego's 5-3 victory. He struck out two and walked none.

It wasn't entirely smooth sailing as he gave up an RBI single to Manny Machado that hacked into the Padres' lead but Yates ended up striking out Joc Peterson to end the contest and lock up his 10th save of the season. He's having an excellent 2018 campaign despite this relatively shaky performance, as Yates now has a 2.11 ERA and a minuscule 0.91 WHIP with 84 strikeouts over 59.2 innings.
