Jansen walked one but struck out two in a scoreless ninth inning to earn the save Saturday against the Rangers.

Jansen was called upon to protect a three-run lead and had little trouble doing so, walking the leadoff hitter but then retiring the next three batters he faced. He now has nine saves on the season while maintaining a 1.23 ERA with 21 strikeouts across 14.2 innings.

Rogers pitched a perfect ninth inning to earn the save in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Rogers didn't record a strikeout, but he retired David Peralta, Christian Walker and Eduardo Escobar in order for his second save of the year. Tony Watson previously pitched a scoreless eighth inning in the contest, allowing one walk and adding a strikeout. It's unclear if Saturday's outing gives Rogers an edge for ninth-inning duties -- he has struggled with a 5.71 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 16:3 K:BB through 17.1 innings this season. Rogers has six holds, a blown save and a 1-3 record on his line.

Garcia (2-1) retired all five batters he faced to earn the win Saturday versus the Diamondbacks.

Garcia took the mound in relief of Trevor Cahill, who left the contest with a hip injury. Garcia and four other relievers combined to limit the Diamondbacks to just one hit and one walk over the last 5.2 innings. The 27-year-old Garcia has been an excellent part of the Giants' bullpen this year -- he's allowed two unearned runs and just four hits and five walks in nine innings across nine outings. He's added a hold and four strikeouts, so he typically has more value on the field rather than in the fantasy game.

Clarke is slated to start Sunday's game against the Giants.

Clarke will be making his second start of the week after limiting the Rockies to two runs over four innings Monday, but the 27-year-old right-hander probably won't have much longevity in the rotation. Madison Bumgarner (back) tossed a simulated game Saturday and could be ready to return from the 10-day injured list during next weekend's series in San Francisco, which would likely result in Clarke moving to the bullpen or heading to Arizona's alternate training site.

Kuhnel was recalled from the alternate training site Saturday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

The 25-year-old will rejoin the active roster with Jesse Biddle (shoulder) landing on the injured list. Kuhnel allowed two solo homers over one inning during his lone appearance this season.

Biddle was placed on the 10-day injured list Saturday with a left shoulder injury, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

The 28-year-old had his contract selected earlier this week and delivered a scoreless appearance during his season debut Thursday, but he apparently picked up the shoulder injury. Biddle will be eligible to be activated Sept. 8, but it's unclear if he's expected to be ready to return at that point.

Gsellman started and worked four innings but didn't factor into the decision Saturday in a 2-1 loss to the Yankees. He gave up a run on four hits while striking out four.

Gsellman was making his third straight turn through the rotation for the Mets, but since he's still in the process of building up after having worked exclusively out of the bullpen the past two seasons, he wasn't able to go very deep into the start. The right-hander was pulled after tossing a season-high 57 pitches, and he was generally solid over his four frames, with his lone mistake being the first-inning solo shot he surrendered to Luke Voit. The Mets have recently returned two other starters (Michael Wacha and David Peterson) from the injured list, so it's unclear if Gsellman will still have a spot in the rotation next week.

Robertson (elbow) won't throw for another six weeks and will miss the remainder of the 2020 season, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Robertson recently faced a setback in his recovery from Tommy John surgery that forced him to be shut down. It's unclear if he'll be ready for spring training in 2021.

Pomeranz (shoulder) was activated from the 10-day injured list Saturday.

Pomeranz was on the injured list for the minimum amount of time after smoothly recovering from a left shoulder strain. While he was the Padres' top option at closer prior to his injury, he could be in line for more of a setup role going forward after the team acquired Trevor Rosenthal on Saturday.

Morejon was placed on the 10-day injured list for an undisclosed reason Saturday.

Morejon was scheduled to start Saturday against the Rockies, but it's unclear when the southpaw could return to action. Michel Baez will start in his place Saturday.
