The Pirates will recalled Harrington from Triple-A Indianapolis on Friday, Alex Stumpf of MLB.com reports.
Harrington has had a rough season at Indianapolis, posting a 6.52 ERA and 56:26 K:BB across 58 frames. He's been used as a multi-inning reliever over the past several weeks, so Harrington will give the Pittsburgh bullpen some length.

Phillies' Jhoan Duran: Tallies 23rd save
Duran earned a save against the Reds on Thursday, allowing one hit and striking out two batters over one scoreless inning.

He's headed to -the All-Star Game having gone 23-for-24 in save chances with a 1.42 ERA so far this season.
