Moreno was scratched from Saturday's lineup due to illness but will be available off the bench, Jesse Friedman of GoPHNX.com reports.

Moreno and Ketel Marte (back) were both late scratches Saturday, but the pair will be available to enter off the bench. Tucker Barnhart will catch and bat ninth. The D-Backs will finish their series with the Padres on Sunday before a team off day Monday.

Moreno was scratched from the Diamondbacks' lineup prior to Saturday's game against the Padres.

No word yet on why Moreno was taken out of the lineup, but the Diamondbacks will likely give an update on his status in the near future. In the meantime, Tucker Barnhart will catch for Ryne Nelson and bat ninth.

Bailey isn't in the Giants' lineup Saturday against the Rangers.

The switch-hitting Bailey holds only a .656 OPS against left-handed pitching this season, and he'll take a seat Saturday versus Andrew Heaney and the Rangers. Curt Casali will catch for Spencer Howard instead while batting eighth.

Diaz isn't in the Rockies' lineup Saturday against St. Louis.

Diaz will take a seat Saturday after going 1-for-7 with two walks through the first two games of the series. Jacob Stallings will instead get the nod to start at catcher while batting sixth.

Jeffers is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Pirates.

Jeffers has gone 0-for-16 with six strikeouts over his last five games, and he is down to .234/.323/.500 over 218 plate appearances this season. Christian Vazquez will start behind home plate Saturday and bat ninth against Pirates right-hander Carmen Mlodzinski.

Rortvedt is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Baltimore, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Despite Baltimore sending right-hander Kyle Bradish to the mound Saturday, the lefty-hitting Rortvedt will begin the game in the dugout. Alex Jackson will start behind home plate and bat ninth.

Amaya isn't in the Cubs' lineup Saturday versus the Reds.

Amaya will get a breather Saturday after going 2-for-7 with an RBI and a run scored through the first two games of Chicago's series with Cincinnati. Yan Gomes will take over behind the dish and bat ninth.

Lee is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Boston.

Lee started in the first two games of the series, going 0-for-6 with two strikeouts. Martin Maldonado will start behind home plate Saturday and bat ninth against Red Sox right-hander Brayan Bello.

The Phillies recalled Marchan from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Saturday.

Marchan will come up from the minors to serve as Philadelphia's 27th man during its two-game series with the Mets in London. Starter J.T. Realmuto has taken a beating behind the plate over the past several days, though it's still unlikely Marchan sees much action over the weekend, if any.

Nido isn't in the Mets' lineup for Saturday's game against the Phillies, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

Nido will sit for the fourth time in five games Saturday as Luis Torrens draws the start behind the plate while batting ninth. Torrens has gone 3-for-10 with two homers in three games since joining the Mets on Sunday, and continued success from him could cause Nido to drop down the Mets' depth chart.
