Heim went 2-for-5 with a double, a home run and five RBI in Monday's 10-4 win over the Blue Jays.

Heim connected for a grand slam as part of the Rangers' five-run seventh to put away Toronto. It was his second home run -- both bases-loaded blasts -- since returning from a wrist injury in mid-August. Heim hasn't been the same consistent producer since his return. While he's driven in 12 runs in 23 games, nine have come in two contests.

Langeliers went 2-for-4 with a solo home run against Houston in a 4-0 win Monday.

Langeliers was the only Oakland batter to notch multiple hits in the contest, and his seventh-inning solo shot put the team up 3-0. The backstop has gone deep twice in his past three games and is up to 18 homers on the season. He's tied for eighth in that category among MLB catchers.

Naylor went 2-for-3 with two walks, one stolen base and one run scored in Monday's 5-4 extra-inning loss to the Giants.

Naylor has produced three multi-hit efforts over his eight games in September, going 8-for-23 (.348) in that span. He's also picked up two stolen bases this month, giving him three on the campaign. The catcher is settling into a starting role behind the dish after some rough stretches earlier in the season. He's at a .230/.326/.436 slash line with eight home runs, 24 RBI, 23 runs scored and 10 doubles over 56 contests.

Raleigh went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Monday's 8-5 extra-innings loss to the Angels.

Raleigh made an early impact with his first-inning blast. The catcher is hitting well lately, going 8-for-21 (.381) with three homers over his last six contests. For the season, he's up to 28 long balls, 68 RBI, 69 runs scored, 21 doubles and a .237/.315/.479 slash line through 128 games.

O'Hoppe went 3-for-5 with two home runs, a double and three RBI in Monday's 8-5 extra-innings win over the Mariners.

O'Hoppe hit a two-run blast in the second inning and a solo shot in the fourth to erase an early three-run deficit. The catcher has four homers and three multi-hit efforts across his last four contests. For the season, the 23-year-old rookie is up to 10 long balls, 22 RBI, 13 runs scored, five doubles and a .242/.296/.524 slash line through 35 contests.

Murphy has been diagnosed with a small fracture in his left thumb and has been shut down for the last 10 days. He'll be re-evaluated Sept. 22, Shannon Drayer of Seattle Sports 710 AM reports.

Murphy was initially placed on the 10-day injured list Aug. 16 due to a thumb sprain, and this setback will cost him additional time. Despite this bad news, the team is still optimistic that Murphy could return to play before the regular season comes to a close if he gains clearance Sept. 22 and can ramp up activities without suffering any setbacks, per Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times.

Wong is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Yankees, Jen McCaffrey of The Athletic reports.

After going 5-for-13 at the plate over a stretch of four consecutive starts behind the plate, Wong will find himself on the bench Monday for the second day in a row. Reese McGuire will be rewarded with another start at catcher after going 1-for-3 with a triple and an RBI in Sunday's 7-3 win over the Orioles, but Wong still looks to be the Red Sox's preferred backstop.

Perez was recalled from Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.

Perez will operate as a third catcher alongside Korey Lee and Yasmani Grandal. He has posted a .611 OPS over 18 games during his time with the big club this season.
