Maldonado is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against Baltimore.

Maldonado started the previous two games and will head to the bench for Tuesday's contest. The veteran backstop has a .924 OPS over his last nine games but still has a .191/.2612/.347 slash line for the campaign. Yainer Diaz will take over behind the plate and bat seventh.

Wells is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Blue Jays.

It's a routine day off for Wells, who had caught each of the last two contests. Kyle Higashioka will be behind the plate for Clarke Schmidt.

Vazquez is not in the lineup for Tuesday's contest in Cincinnati.

Vazquez started Monday's series opener but will begin this one on the bench. Ryan Jeffers will do the catching for Kenta Maeda.

Naylor went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk, one RBI and a stolen base in Monday's 6-4 loss to the Royals.

Naylor has five steals this season, four of which have come in his last eight games. In that span, he's gone 9-for-28 (.321) with a 6:5 BB:K. The improved plate discipline and stronger hitting has given Cleveland fans and fantasy managers alike a glimpse of Naylor's future potential. He's at a modest .233/.329/.433 slash line with eight home runs, 25 RBI and 25 runs scored over 60 contests this season, but he could be a fantasy force in the coming years if he can continue to grow his hitting in the majors.

Rogers went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run in Monday's 8-3 loss to the Dodgers.

Rogers' fifth-inning blast was all the run production the Tigers could muster against Lance Lynn and the Dodgers' bullpen. With four homers over his last three games, Rogers is locked in at the plate -- he's also hit safely in his last six contests. He's the eighth catcher to reach the 20-homer mark this season, doubling his total from the last two years combined. The 28-year-old is slashing .221/.288/.451 with 47 RBI, 46 runs scored and a stolen base through 100 contests.

Huff was optioned to Triple-A Round Rock on Monday.

Huff saw limited playing time since being recalled Sept. 1, securing two hits in five at-bats while recording two home runs, three RBI and two runs scored in five games. He was optioned to make room for the return of Adolis Garcia (knee) and Josh Jung (thumb) from the injured list. Jonathan Ornelas was also optioned in the flurry of transactions.

Raleigh is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the A's.

Raleigh will get a break after starting seven straight games behind the plate. Luis Torrens will take Raleigh's place in Seattle's lineup.

Grandal will start at catcher and bat seventh in Monday's game in Washington, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

Grandal was on the bench for each of the White Sox's last four games but will pick up a start Monday while top backstop Korey Lee gets a breather. Though Lee is off to a 3-for-46 (.065 average) start to his time with the White Sox, he could still get the bulk of the starts at catcher over Grandal for the final two weeks of the season while the non-contending club plays out the string.

McGuire is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Rangers.

He'll give way to Connor Wong behind the dish as Boston opens a three-game set in Texas. McGuire and Wong have been splitting work at catcher in relatively equitable fashion thus far in September, with the former getting seven starts to the latter's 10. With a .154/.241/.231 slash line so far this month, McGuire hasn't made a compelling case to push for a larger share of the playing time.

Lee is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Nationals, according to Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times.

Lee did not record a hit over his last five games and owns just a .270 OPS at the big-league level this season, so he will get a day to clear his head after starting three of Chicago's last four contests. Yasmani Grandal will replace Lee behind the dish.
