Suarez went 2-for-3 with two homers, three RBI and a walk in Saturday's 10-1 win over the Cardinals.

Suarez's power surge continued Saturday with two more home runs, bringing his season total to 33. The veteran third baseman now sports a .911 OPS and 81 RBI through 97 games. He's one of the most talked-about trade candidates ahead of the deadline and could bring back a significant return if the Diamondbacks decide to move him.

Hayes went 1-for-3 with a double, two RBI, a run scored and a walk Saturday against the White Sox.

Hayes ripped a two-RBI double into the right field gap in the fourth inning to account for both of his RBI. He's had a dismal season at the plate overall with a .577 OPS, though he has managed to go 22-for-82 (.268) with 14 RBI, 11 runs scored and a stolen base in the last month.

Shaw went 2-for-2 with a solo home run in Saturday's victory over Boston.

Shaw began Saturday's game on the bench but entered as a substitute for Vidal Brujan at third base and tallied two hits, including a solo homer in the seventh inning. The rookie has endured a rocky start to his MLB career, slashing .208/.283/.302 with 14 extra-base hits, 16 RBI and 12 stolen bases across 65 games. While the numbers are underwhelming, it's still too early to dismiss the once highly regarded prospect.

McMahon went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in Saturday's 10-6 win over the Twins.

McMahon's third-inning blast tied the game at 3-3. He's come out of the All-Star break hot, homering in consecutive games while driving in a total of four runs. The infielder entered the break with just one long ball over his previous 20 contests, so it remains to be seen if he can keep his power trending upward. For the season, he has a .214/.309/.392 slash line with 15 homers, 32 RBI, 39 runs scored and two stolen bases over 96 contests as the Rockies' starting third baseman.

The Phillies placed Bohm on the 10-day injured list Saturday with a fractured left rib.

Bohm took a pitch off his ribcage last Saturday, which caused him to miss the final game before the All-Star break. He attempted to play through it Friday, but imaging revealed a fracture after the game, so he'll now spend time on the IL while Otto Kemp fills in as Philadelphia's third baseman. Weston Wilson was recalled from Triple-A to replenish the Phillies' infield depth.

Bohm isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Angels.

Bohm will get a chance to rest Saturday after going 0-for-4 in the Phillies' first game back from the break. Otto Kemp will fill the void at third base and bat sixth.

McMahon went 1-for-3 with a two-run home run Friday against the Twins.

McMahon capped off a four-run first inning for the Rockies with his 14th home run of the season. He continues to struggle to hit for average, as he's gone just 19-for-98 (.194) across his last 27 games, but McMahon does have five home runs in that span.

Pauley went 2-for-4 with a stolen base in Friday's extra-inning win over the Royals.

Getting the start at third base and batting eighth, Pauley swiped his first career bag in the majors. While speed isn't seen as a big part of his game, the 24-year-old did go 23-for-28 on steal attempts across three levels in the Padres' system in 2023, and he's 6-for-6 this season between Triple-A Jacksonville and the Marlins. Pauley is expected to fill the strong side of a platoon at third base while Connor Norby (wrist) is on the shelf, and through 34 games this season with Jacksonville he's slashed .258/.338/.492 with seven homers and 17 RBI.

Durbin went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an RBI double in Friday's 2-0 win over the Dodgers.

Durbin was the Brewers' offense in this contest, turning in the only multi-hit effort for either team. He opened the scoring with the RBI double in the fifth inning, then added his solo shot for insurance in the seventh. The infielder has been steady in July, going 11-for-30 (.367) over 12 games. He's up to a .265/.350/.382 slash line with five homers, 34 RBI, 35 runs scored, 13 doubles and eight stolen bases over 276 plate appearances.

Machado went 1-for-5 with a grand slam in Friday's 7-2 win over the Nationals.

Machado launched the dagger Friday, crushing a grand slam off Kyle Finnegan in the top of the ninth as part of a five-run inning for the Padres. It was the 33-year-old's 18th long ball of the year and fourth in the last eight games, a stretch in which the veteran slugger is batting 10-for-32 (.313) with eight RBI and a 1.110 OPS. Machado has been excellent at the plate this season and continues to come through in big moments for San Diego.
