Muncy went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Friday's 8-5 win over Washington.

Muncy tied the score 3-3 with his fourth-inning solo shot and added an RBI single in the sixth. The veteran infielder went deep three times over his final six games in August, but this was his first home run through six contests in September. Muncy is batting just .207 on the campaign, though he's tied for eighth in the NL with 33 homers and ranks fourth with 93 RBI.

Davis went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Friday's 9-8 win over the Rockies.

After going 24 contests without a homer in August, Davis has gone yard in two of his last three games. He's hitting .304 (7-for-23) in September since he shook off a hand injury. The corner infielder is at a .249/.323/.414 slash line with 17 homers, 63 RBI, 55 runs scored and a stolen base through 130 contests this season. His .737 OPS is his worst in five years, but he's still managed to be productive when it comes to counting stats.

Marte went 1-for-4 with a run scored and a stolen base in Friday's 9-4 loss to St. Louis.

Marte managed to steal home in the fourth inning after Willson Contreras tried to throw out Spencer Steer on a steal attempt at second base. He is the second Red to steal home this year after Elly De La Cruz achieved the feat July 8 against Milwaukee. Marte now has six steals and is slashing .254/.329/381 over his first 19 MLB games.

Senzel went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Friday's 9-4 loss against St. Louis.

Senzel hit a 408-foot blast off Drew Rom in the third inning for his 11th home run on the year. The five-year veteran was getting his first start since Sept. 1, and he has struggled to find playing time since Harrison Bader and Hunter Renfroe joined the Reds via waivers. Not that Senzel has deserved much more playing time -- he's slashing .223/.291/.383 in 89 games.

Monasterio went 2-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 8-2 victory over the Yankees.

Monasterio led off the seventh with a double, then scored what would turn out to be the game-winning run on a William Contreras single. His second double drove in two and provided insurance as the Brewers pulled away for the win. Monasterio has started every game at third base for the Brewers since Aug. 23, and has swung a hot bat since the calendar turned to September, batting .400 with 10 hits in 25 at-bats.

Arenado went 3-for-5 with one RBI and two runs scored in Friday's win over Cincinnati.

Arenado picked up his ninth game of three-plus hits on the season on Friday night. The 11-year veteran looks to break out of his post-All-Star break cold snap as he had a .697 OPS in the second half before his trio of hits. Overall, Arenado is slashing .273/.321/.478 in 134 games this season.

McMahon is out of the lineup Friday at San Francisco.

Alan Trejo will start at third base and bat eighth as the Rockies take on left-hander Kyle Harrison. McMahon went hitless during a three-game series in Arizona to begin the week and is slashing .184/.253/.290 versus lefties this year.

Riley (illness) remains out of the lineup Friday versus the Pirates.

Riley was held out of Thursday's series finale against the Cardinals due to a stomach bug and isn't quite ready to return to the starting nine, though manager Brian Snitker indicated the 26-year-old slugger should be available off the bench, per David O'Brien of The Athletic. Nicky Lopez will get another start at third base and bat ninth for Atlanta in Friday's series opener against Pittsburgh.

The Dodgers optioned Busch to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Friday, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Busch slashed .111/.167/.333 across 30 plate appearances during his latest two-week stay on the major-league roster. J.D. Martinez (groin) is returning from the injured list in a corresponding move ahead of Friday's series opener against the Nationals.

Rosario was recalled from Triple-A El Paso on Friday.

Rosario has missed a large chunk of this season with an ankle injury, putting up a .770 OPS with four stolen bases when healthy. He's capable of playing all over the infield, although it's not clear how much playing time he'll ultimately receive down the stretch.
