Isaac Paredes 3B | HOU
Rays' Isaac Paredes: Sitting Sunday
Paredes is not in the starting lineup Sunday against Milwaukee, Kristie Ackert of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Paredes will take a seat after he went 0-for-9 with an RBI and three strikeouts over the last three contests. Taylor Walls will draw the start at the hot corner and bat seventh in the series finale versus the Brewers.

Kyle Farmer 3B | ATL
Twins' Kyle Farmer: Racks up three hits
Farmer went 3-for-5 with an RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Angels.
Farmer has logged multiple hits in four of his last six contests, and he's driven in at least one run in five of those games. The 32-year-old continues to hit well, with his latest strong game lifting his season slash line to .319/.377/.478 with three home runs, 14 RBI, 15 runs scored and two doubles through 77 plate appearances.

Eugenio Suarez 3B | CIN
Mariners' Eugenio Suarez: Slugs fifth homer
Suarez went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and two total runs scored in Saturday's 7-3 win over Atlanta.
Suarez has homered twice in the last five games and now has five long balls on the year. He provided the Mariners' last runs of the contest Saturday. The third baseman has hit at least 31 homers in each of the last four full-length seasons, but he's a bit behind the pace in 2023. He's slashing .231/.330/.349 with 25 RBI, 19 runs scored, a stolen base and five doubles through 45 games.

Rafael Devers 3B | SF
Red Sox's Rafael Devers: Clobbers two homers in win
Devers went 2-for-4 with two home runs, four RBI and two runs scored in Friday's 6-1 win over the Padres.
Devers homered in back-to-back innings, going yard in the second and third. The infielder's first long ball put Boston up 1-0, while the second one drove in three runs, extending the lead to 6-0. The 26-year-old now has 13 homers on the year, tied for fourth in MLB.

Oswald Peraza 3B | LAA
Yankees' Oswald Peraza: Optioned after coming off 10-day IL
Peraza (ankle) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list by the Yankees on Friday and optioned to Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.
Peraza will continue to get playing time in Triple-A, but it will no longer be on a rehab assignment. The infielder has a good chance of helping New York at some point this summer, and he'll get more regular playing time while in the International League than he would while a member of the Yankees.
-
Royce Lewis 3B | MIN
Twins' Royce Lewis: Homers twice in rehab game
Lewis (knee) homered twice for Triple-A St. Paul on Friday.
Lewis has now homered three times in three games since having his rehab assignment moved to Triple-A, and he's slashing .500/.500/1.250 over his first five rehab games. The 23-year-old is the Twins' top prospect, and it looks like the torn ACL that has sidelined him since last May is no longer bothering him. Lewis isn't eligible to come off the 60-day injured list until May 29, and it's not yet clear if the team plans to immediately add him to the big-league roster or will give him more time in the minors.

Isaac Paredes 3B | HOU
Rays' Isaac Paredes: Starting at third
Paredes is starting at third base and batting sixth Friday against the Brewers.
Paredes saw his six-game hitting streak come to an end during Thursday's loss to the Mets, but with a .978 OPS in the month of May, he's hardly at risk of losing playing time anytime soon.

Rays' Isaac Paredes: Sitting out Friday
Paredes is absent from the Rays' lineup for Friday's game versus the Brewers, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Taylor Walls will get the call at third base. Paredes has a .978 OPS this month and had a two-homer game earlier this week but has been on the bench two of the last five contests.
