Ernie Clement SS | TOR
Blue Jays' Ernie Clement: Swipes bag in Thursday's win
Clement went 1-for-3 with a walk and a stolen base in Thursday's win over the Giants.
The 28-year-old has become the Jays' regular third baseman with Isiah Kiner-Falefa (knee) on the shelf and Addison Barger back in Triple-A. Clement has started 12 of the last 14 games at the hot corner, slashing .244/.261/.467 over that stretch with three homers, a steal, five runs and eight RBI. Kiner-Falefa only resumed baseball activities earlier this week and may not be ready to come off the IL immediately after the All-Star break, so Clement's starting stint could last into the latter part of July.

Gabriel Arias SS | CLE
Guardians' Gabriel Arias: Heading to Triple-A
The Guardians optioned Arias to Triple-A Columbus on Thursday.
The Guardians have valued Arias for his ability to play all over the infield and outfield during his time in the majors over parts of the last three seasons, but he had fallen out of favor lately, with recent call-ups Angel Martinez and Daniel Schneemann having supplanted him as superior utility options. Arias should get the opportunity to play on an everyday basis as he heads to Columbus, though it may take an injury to another Guardians position player or a downturn in performance from Martinez and/or Schneemann before Arias resurfaces in the big leagues.

Blue Jays' Ernie Clement: Another homer, four RBI in win
Clement went 3-for-4 with a home run, four RBI and two runs scored in Wednesday's win over the Giants.
Clement smacked a three-run shot off Logan Webb in the fifth to put Toronto on top 3-2 and then added an RBI single his next at-bat to extend the lead. The 28-year-old finished the night with three hits for only the second time on the campaign, and he's now homered in back-to-back games. Clement has also hit safely in three straight, going 5-for-13 (.384) over that stretch with seven RBI and three runs scored.

Ramon Urias 3B | STL
Orioles' Ramon Urias: Getting night off
Urias is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cubs.
Urias will hit the bench after he had started in each of the Orioles' last three games, going 3-for-8 with four walks, one run and one RBI. Jordan Westburg will shift over from second base to start at third base, while Jorge Mateo covers the keystone.

Isaac Paredes 3B | HOU
Rays' Isaac Paredes: Adds 15th homer
Paredes went 1-for-3 with a three-run homer and a walk in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Yankees.
Paredes provided the key blast in the first inning Tuesday, taking Carlos Rodon deep for a three-run shot, putting the Rays ahead 4-1 early. It's the fourth homer in 12 games for the third baseman, though he's gone just 9-for-44 (.205) in that span. Overall, Paredes is batting .267 with an .830 OPS, 15 homers, 50 RBI and 35 runs scored through 86 games this season.

Ernie Clement SS | TOR
Blue Jays' Ernie Clement: Provides lone run support
Clement went 1-for-4 with a three-run homer in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Giants.
Clement gave the Blue Jays a 3-1 lead in the seventh after taking Ryan Walker deep to left center, but the lead would end up slipping away in the ninth. Clement's homer was one of three hits the team mustered up on the night and his fifth long ball of the season. Clement should continue to see a steady dose of at-bats as long as Isiah Kiner-Falefa (knee) is on the shelf. The 28-year-old is now slashing .250/.266/.407 with 17 RBI, 20 runs and a 3:15 BB:K in 179 plate appearances.

Josh H. Smith SS | TEX
Rangers' Josh Smith: Homers in three-hit game
Smith went 3-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional RBI in Tuesday's 5-4 win over the Angels.
Smith has hit safely in his last seven games, going 11-for-30 (.367) in that span. His homer Tuesday, a first-inning blast off Roansy Contreras, was Smith's first long ball since June 23. The 26-year-old is up to eight homers, 36 RBI, 42 runs scored, four stolen bases and a .296/.384/.457 slash line over 86 contests this season. Smith's maintained a strong batting average, but he's a bit lacking in over-the-fence power, though he's managed 19 doubles to lead the Rangers in two-baggers.

Jose Ramirez 3B | CLE
Guardians' Jose Ramirez: Reaches six times, swipes two bags
Ramirez went 3-for-3 with an RBI single, a double, two runs scored, two stolen bases and three intentional walks in Tuesday's 9-8 extra-inning win over the Tigers.
Ramirez had a monster game Tuesday, joining Vladimir Guerrero as the only two players since 1961 to be walked intentionally three times and steal two bases in a game. Ramirez also reached 77 RBI for the season in the process, breaking a tie with Albert Belle for the third most by a Cleveland player before the All-Star break. Ramirez is up to 18 steals on the season to go along with a .275/.331/.533 slash line.
