Logan Forsythe 2B | LAD
Dodgers' Logan Forsythe: Returns to bench Tuesday
Forsythe is not in the lineup Tuesday against the Padres.
Forsythe had been seeing regular playing time in place of the injured Justin Turner (finger), but his big day at the plate Monday (3-for-4 with a home run and four RBI) wasn't enough to keep him in the starting lineup following Turner's return. The 30-year-old will return to an undesirable platoon at the keystone with Chase Utley, likely drawing a start Wednesday against the left-handed Clayton Richard.

Brandon Drury 2B | KC
Diamondbacks' Brandon Drury: Drives in both Arizona runs
Drury went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI in Monday's 9-2 loss to the Giants.
With the Diamondbacks punching their ticket to the postseason over the weekend, manager Torey Lovullo filled the lineup Monday with mostly reserves, and since Drury was one of the more accomplished bats in the starting nine, he slotted into the No. 3 spot. He justified the assignment with an RBI double in the bottom of the first and brought home the Diamondbacks' final run of the night on a base hit in his second at-bat. Drury is now batting 7-for-20 over his last seven contests, but for the time being, it still appears as though he'll be locked into a timeshare at the keystone with Daniel Descalso.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Takes seat Monday
Marte is not in the lineup for Monday's game against the Giants.
The Diamondbacks are resting their starters after clinching home-field advantage for the wild-card game, so Marte will head to the bench as Kris Negron draws the start at shortstop.

Yangervis Solarte 2B | SD
Padres' Yangervis Solarte: Stays hot with 18th homer
Solarte went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's loss to Colorado.
The utility infielder has bounced around the diamond over his last eight starts, batting .313 with two homers and five RBI over that span. While Solarte is currently swinging a hot bat, the Padres are scheduled to face three lefties over their next four contests, and the switch-hitter has struggled against southpaws to the tune of .208 batting average this season. With every at-bat having increased significance this late in the year, fantasy owners may want to have a backup plan ready after Monday's tilt against the Dodgers.

Ozzie Albies 2B | ATL
Braves' Ozzie Albies: Heads to bench Sunday
Albies is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.
Albies turned in an 0-for-5 showing during Saturday's contest and will be given the day off after starting every game during the month of September. Johan Camargo will slide over to second base with Rio Ruiz drawing the start at third.

Brandon Drury 2B | KC
Diamondbacks' Brandon Drury: Smacks 13th homer
Drury went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Sunday's 12-6 loss to the Marlins.
With the Marlins bringing a lefty (Dillon Peters) to the hill for a second straight day, Drury drew the start at the keystone, resulting in Daniel Descalso moving to the bench. The duo will continue to share time at the position, as Drury hasn't done enough in a platoon role to warrant a larger slate of at-bats. He's batting an unremarkable .226/.281/.434 in September.

Adam Frazier 2B | LAA
Pirates' Adam Frazier: Receives day off Sunday
Frazier is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
Frazier went 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Cardinals, but he'll be given the afternoon off with Chris Bostick taking over at the keystone.
-
Enrique Hernandez SS | LAD
Dodgers' Enrique Hernandez: Earns start Saturday
Hernandez is in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Giants, according to Ken Gurnick of MLB.com.
Hernandez is the rare hitter with an eye-popping track record against Giants southpaw Madison Bumgarner, but he is indeed 13-for-27 (.481) with four doubles and three home runs against Bumgarner in his career. Those numbers earned Hernandez a start Saturday, and he will man left field while hitting third in the Dodgers' batting order.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Out of lineup Saturday
Marte is not in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Marlins.
Marte will head to the bench for a breather after starting five straight games for the Diamondbacks, going 5-for-19 over that stretch. Adam Rosales will start at shortstop and bat eighth in his place.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Reaches base three times in victory
Marte went 2-for-4 with a double, walk and a run scored in Friday's 13-11 win over the Marlins.
Marte has churned out a.270/.352/.365 batting line in September while chipping in 12 runs and two steals in 18 games, offering the Diamondbacks quality production while serving as the team's starting shortstop. Though Marte's power numbers have dipped since the All-Star break, his solid on-base skills and capable glove should lock him into an everyday role the rest of the way.
