The 30-year-old went 5-for-13 with a home run, a double, three runs, three RBI, two walks and a strikeout over the last five games.

Rodgers went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored Sunday against the Nationals.
Rodgers recorded his 19th RBI of the season on an infield single in the eighth inning. The performance continued a strong stretch for Rodgers, as he's hit .344 with 18 RBI and 15 runs scored across 23 games in May. Bryson Stott 2B | PHI
Phillies' Bryson Stott: Retreats to reserve role
Stott is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.
The Phillies handed Stott three consecutive starts from Wednesday through Friday, but the rookie went 0-for-9 over those contest to squander any hope he had of wresting the shortstop job from Johan Camargo while Didi Gregorius (knee) is on the shelf. Now slashing a lowly .114/.173/.129 through his first 75 plate appearances in the majors, Stott finds himself on the bench for the second game in a row.

Mets' Luis Guillorme: Handling leadoff duties again
Guillorme will start at second base and bat leadoff in Sunday's game against the Phillies.
With top second baseman Jeff McNeil (legs) getting the day off and regular table setter Brandon Nimmo (wrist) on the bench, Guillorme will man the keystone and handle leadoff duties for the second game in a row. Guillorme got the job done atop the lineup in Saturday's 8-2 win, as he went 3-for-3 with a walk and two runs.

Jeff McNeil 2B | ATH
Mets' Jeff McNeil: Dealing with 'wear and tear'
Mets manager Buck Showalter said McNeil is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies due to "wear and tear" with his legs, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
The skipper characterized McNeil's absence from the starting nine as "preventative," so the 30-year-old may still be available off the bench Sunday. Luis Guillorme will pick up the start at second base in place of McNeil and will handle leadoff duties with normal table setter Brandon Nimmo (wrist) also getting Sunday off.

Josh VanMeter will pick up another start at first base while Chavis sits for a second straight contest.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Riding eight-game hitting streak
Marte went 1-for-4 with a double in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Dodgers.
The two-bagger extended Marte's hitting streak to eight games, leaving him one contest away from matching his season-long total. In spite of the two eight-plus-game hitting streaks, Marte is still sitting on a disappointing .250/.315/.390 slash line for the season. He'll look to stay hot in the series finale Sunday, when he'll be batting third as Arizona's designated hitter.
