Luis Garcia 1B | WAS
Nationals' Luis Garcia: Crosses plate three times Sunday
Garcia went 3-for-4 with a double and three runs scored in Sunday's win over the Phillies.
The 22-year-old shortstop continues to rake in his return to the majors. Garcia has produced multi-hit performances in six of the last 11 games, slashing .400/.413/.533 over that stretch with three doubles, a homer, four RBI and six runs. The only blemish on his resume is his 0-for-2 mark on stolen base attempts, but he doesn't project to be a speed threat -- Garcia's ability to make consistent hard contact will drive his fantasy value, and he boasts a 45.0 percent hard-hit rate this season with the Nationals.

Thairo Estrada 2B | BAL
Giants' Thairo Estrada: Swats fifth homer
Estrada went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a hit-by-pitch in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Pirates.
Estrada looked to be the hero with his game-tying solo shot in the ninth inning, but Jack Suwinski walked it off for the Pirates in the bottom half of the frame. Through 17 games in June, Estrada is 11-for-52 (.212) with three of his five homers on the year. Overall, he's slashing .264/.319/.398 with 27 RBI, 36 runs scored, nine stolen bases, 12 doubles and a triple in 62 contests. Despite the poor hitting form of late, he's maintained a near-everyday role at second base since Tommy La Stella has more often served as the designated hitter.

Josh Rojas 3B | KC
Diamondbacks' Josh Rojas: Adds steal Sunday
Rojas went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 7-1 win over the Twins.
Rojas got aboard with a single in the sixth inning, stole second and scored on a Buddy Kennedy grand slam. While he's gone 3-for-20 (.150) with six strikeouts in his last five games, Rojas has added two of his five steals this season in that span. The versatile 27-year-old has a .254/.329/.388 slash line with four home runs, 16 RBI, 21 runs scored, four doubles and a triple. He's primarily played at third base lately, taking on an everyday role.

Ketel Marte 2B | ARI
Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Expected back for Padres series
Arizona manager Torey Lovullo expects Marte (hamstring) to be available during the team's three-game series in San Diego that begins Monday, Theo Mackie of the Arizona Republic reports.
Marte was held out of the weekend series against the Twins due to a Grade 1 left hamstring strain. The Diamondbacks downplayed the injury, which Lovullo described it as "very, very mild." The club initially didn't request an MRI but eventually did when the second baseman didn't respond as quickly as hoped. Jake Hager started at second base Friday while Buddy Kennedy started Saturday and Sunday.

Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: On bench again Sunday
Marte (hamstring) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins.
Marte's Grade 1 left hamstring strain hasn't forced him to the 10-day injured list yet, but he'll miss a third straight game in any event. Buddy Kennedy will draw the start at second base in place of Marte, who can be viewed as day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener in San Diego.

Alan Trejo SS | COL
Rockies' Alan Trejo: Returns to Albuquerque
The Rockies optioned Trejo to Triple-A Albuquerque on Sunday, Patrick Saunders of The Denver Post reports.
Trejo was called up from Triple-A on Friday, one day after fellow utility man Garrett Hampson (illness) was moved to the COVID-19-related injured list. With the Rockies activating Hampson ahead of Sunday's series finale with the Padres after he cleared all protocols, Trejo's brief run with the big club will come to an end.

Liover Peguero SS | PIT
Pirates' Liover Peguero: Tallies first hit
Peguero went 1-for-3 with a walk Saturday against the Giants.
Peguero made his big-league debut after being called up to replace Tucupita Marcano (illness) on the roster. He hit eighth and delivered a single the opposite way in the fourth inning to record his first major-league hit. Peguero is likely to return to Double-A Altoona once Marcano is activated, as his promotion was a result of geographical proximity to Pittsburgh.

Nolan Gorman 3B | STL
Cardinals' Nolan Gorman: On bench again Sunday
Gorman is out of the lineup for Sunday's game in Boston, Jeff Jones of the Belleville News-Democrat reports.
Gorman will take a seat for the series finale while Brendan Donovan slides in at second base and while Albert Pujols serves as the Cardinals' designated hitter. Gorman started in each of St. Louis' last nine games, going 7-for-34 (.206 average) with a home run, a double, three RBI and two runs during that stretch.

Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Day-to-day with Grade 1 strain
Marte has a Grade 1 left lateral hamstring strain and is considered day-to-day, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.
He has been sidelined since Wednesday and was hitting .306/.390/.500 with one home run over his last 10 games. The team will see how Marte progresses over the next day or two before deciding if a roster move needs to be made.

Diamondbacks' Ketel Marte: Remains out of lineup
Marte (hamstring) isn't starting Saturday against Minnesota.
Marte is out of the lineup for a second consecutive game after exiting Wednesday's game against the Reds due to hamstring tightness. Whether he's available off the bench remains to be seen, but Buddy Kennedy will start at the keystone and bat sixth.
