Braves' Rylan Bannon: Recalled from Triple-A
Bannon was recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett on Sunday.
Bannon, who was claimed off waivers after getting designated for assignment by the Orioles a little over a month ago, will take the spot on the active roster of Ozzie Albies (fractured pinky). Bannon has hit .323/.432/.477 with two home runs and four steals in 20 games since joining Atlanta's organization.

Braves' Ozzie Albies: Out for rest of regular season
Albies was placed on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a fractured right pinky finger.
Albies will not require surgery, but he has been ruled out for the rest of the regular season. He will be re-evaluated in three weeks, and it's possible he could return sometime during the playoffs. Vaughn Grissom should re-assume an everyday role at the keystone while Albies is out.

Braves' Ozzie Albies: Suffers broken pinky
Albies exited Saturday's game against the Phillies with a fractured right pinky finger.
Given that there are less than three weeks left in the regular season, this probably means we've seen the last of Albies in 2022. He suffered the injury while sliding into second base. Vaughn Grissom will replace Albies as the everyday second baseman.

Braves' Ozzie Albies: Exits with hand injury
Albies exited Saturday's game against the Phillies after injuring his hand after sliding into second base, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Toscano reports that the broadcast showed Albies looking at his hand and grabbing a couple fingers after the slide. Vaughn Grissom, who replaced Albies, would be the backup at second base if Albies misses more time.

Marte will hit the bench Saturday against San Diego.
Marte sits after starting five straight games. He isn't having a particularly strong September, slashing .188/.250/.333 in 14 games. Josh Rojas will be the second baseman Saturday.

Guillorme isn't in the lineup Saturday against the Pirates.
Guillorme started three of the last four games and went 4-for-12 with a walk. He'll get a day off while Eduardo Escobar starts at the hot corner and bats eighth.

Rodgers isn't in the lineup Saturday against the Cubs, Patrick Lyons of TheDNVR.com reports.
Rodgers went 0-for-10 with two walks and two strikeouts over the last three games and will get a day off Saturday. Ryan McMahon is starting at second base and leading off.

Hoerner (triceps) isn't starting Saturday against the Rockies.
Hoerner recently underwent an MRI that revealed a mild-to-moderate strain of his triceps, but he remains day-to-day for now. He'll be out of the lineup for a fifth consecutive game while Christopher Morel starts at shortstop and bats ninth.
