Nicky Lopez 3B | CHC
Royals' Nicky Lopez: Notches steal in win
Lopez went 1-for-4 with a stolen base in Saturday's 5-1 win over the White Sox.
The infielder has picked up two stolen bases in his last three games. He's up to four steals in 128 plate appearances overall. Lopez sports a .234/.331/.308 slash line while often hitting at the bottom of Kansas City's order. He has yet to hit a home run, but he's picked up three triples, two doubles, seven RBI and 19 runs in 38 games as the near-everyday shortstop.

Merrifield went 2-for-5 with a pair of doubles, a stolen base and two runs scored in Saturday's 5-1 win over the White Sox.
The 32-year-old executed a double-steal with Carlos Santana in the first inning. Merrifield continues to lead the majors with 12 stolen bases in 39 games, matching his total from 60 contests last year. He's slashing .262/.327/.409 with four home runs, 23 RBI, 24 runs scored and 10 doubles as Kansas City's everyday leadoff hitter.

Cavan Biggio RF | HOU
Blue Jays' Cavan Biggio: On bench Sunday
Biggio is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Phillies.
Biggio had two hits and a stolen base Saturday, his second multi-hit game in his last three, but he still sits with an underwhelming .214/.336/.339 slash line for the season. This should be considered a day off until there's indication otherwise. Santiago Espinal will get the nod at third base and bat eighth against right-hander Chase Anderson.

Jose Altuve 2B | HOU
Astros' Jose Altuve: Reaches base four times
Altuve went 1-for-2 with a run scored and three walks in Saturday's win over the Rangers.
Altuve extended his hitting streak to 10 games, and he has reached base at least twice in seven of those contests. The star second baseman endured a slow start to the campaign but has turned things around of late and is hitting .381 with a .458 on-base percentage in that aforementioned stretch.

Sam Haggerty LF | TEX
Mariners' Sam Haggerty: Productive out of bottom of order
Haggerty went 2-for-3 with with a double and two runs in a win over Cleveland on Friday.
Haggerty pushed his season average back over the Mendoza Line with Friday's multi-hit effort, one that snapped an 0-for-12 slump that had encompassed his previous six games. The 26-year-old continues to see semi-regular playing time and has generated versatile fantasy contributions that include two doubles, two home runs and five stolen bases, but his .205/.247/.315 season slash line is a major albatross on his overall value.

Yankees' Gleyber Torres: Still testing positive
Torres (COVID-19) remains positive for the virus and is quarantining in Tampa, Jack Curry of YES Network reports.
This update all but guarantees that Torres will not return to the Yankees for Sunday's game against the Orioles. Rather, next week's series in Texas appears to be the best-case scenario for the shortstop's return.

Gleyber Torres 2B | DET
Yankees' Gleyber Torres: Out of Saturday's lineup
Torres (COVID-19) is not returning to the lineup Saturday against the Orioles, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.
Manager Aaron Boone has expressed optimism in the shortstop's chances of returning this weekend. Because he's fully vaccinated, COVID protocols dictate that a lack of symptoms and two negative tests would allow for Torres' removal from the COVID-19 list.
-

Arraez had started four consecutive games since being activated from the 7-day injured list. Rob Refsnyder, who was just recalled prior to the game, will start in left field and hit sixth.
