Gleyber Torres 2B | DET
Tigers' Gleyber Torres: Held out of Sunday's lineup
Torres (side) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Rangers.
The second baseman departed Saturday's contest with left side tightness and will miss at least one game due to the injury. According to Chris McCosky of The Detroit News, Torres is expected to avoid a trip to the injured list since testing came back negative, so he appears likely to return to action within a few days.

Miguel Vargas 3B | CHW
White Sox's Miguel Vargas: Receiving Sunday off
Vargas is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres.
Vargas appears to be receiving a routine day off after he had started in every game dating back to April 12. With Vargas on the bench for the series finale, Colson Montgomery will fill in at third base.

Adam Frazier 2B | LAA
Angels' Adam Frazier: Idle again Sunday
Frazier is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Mets.
Frazier's grip on a strong-side platoon role at the keystone could be loosening, as he's on the bench for the second straight matchup versus a right-handed starter (Clay Holmes). Vaughn Grissom will receive another start at second base in place of Frazier after going 1-for-5 with two RBI in Saturday's 4-3 extra-inning win.

Tigers' Gleyber Torres: Exits game with side tightness
Torres was removed from Saturday's game against the Rangers due to left side tightness, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.
It's not clear when Torres sustained the injury, but he was replaced by Hao-Yu Lee in the fourth inning after going 2-for-2 with an RBI single in the second frame. The Tigers should provide an update on Torres' status once the veteran second baseman undergoes further tests on his left side.

Guardians' Travis Bazzana: Picks up career firsts in win
Bazzana went 1-for-4 with a walk, a run scored, two RBI and a stolen base in Saturday's 14-6 rout of the A's.
After going 0-for-9 with four walks in his first three MLB games, Bazzana racked up his first career hit and RBI with a seventh-inning single Saturday, and he promptly swiped his first career bag afterward. The 23-year-old top prospect will get plenty of leeway to establish himself in the majors after slashing .287/.422/.511 over 24 games at Triple-A to earn his first promotion.
