Royals' Michael Massey: Not in Wednesday's lineup
Massey is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Blue Jays.
The 26-year-old had started four of the first five games after being activated from the injured list, but he'll head to the bench Wednesday while Adam Frazier handles second base. Massey is 3-for-14 with two RBI since returning from a back injury.

Edouard Julien 2B | COL
Twins' Edouard Julien: Resting Wednesday
Julien is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the White Sox.
The lefty-hitting Julien will retreat to the bench Wednesday while southpaw Garrett Crochet takes the bump for Chicago. Kyle Farmer will step in for Julien at second base and will bat eighth.

Brandon Drury 2B | KC
Angels' Brandon Drury: Hamstring injury lingering
Angels manager Ron Washington said Wednesday that Drury is still feeling soreness from the left hamstring injury he sustained last week, Jeff Fletcher of The Orange County Register reports.
Drury is out of the lineup Wednesday against the Orioles for a third straight game, although Washington said the 31-year-old is available to pinch hit. The Angels are off Thursday, so Drury could be ready to return to the lineup Friday versus the Twins. Luis Rengifo will likely continue to play second base until Drury is ready to play the field again.

Angels' Brandon Drury: Absent from lineup again
Drury is out of the lineup for Wednesday's contest versus the Orioles, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.
Drury missed three games last week with a hamstring injury before returning to play three straight contests over the weekend. However, he's now been absent from the lineup for all three games of the series against Baltimore, so it's fair to wonder whether the hamstring injury could be lingering or if he's simply being phased out amid his slow start to the season. Drury has struggled to a .547 OPS over 73 plate appearances thus far.

Michael Stefanic 2B | TOR
Angels' Michael Stefanic: Moving closer to return
Stefanic (quadriceps) has been taking ground balls and batting practice, and he is scheduled to resume his running progression Tuesday, per MLB.com.
Stefanic landed on the injured list March 28 after straining his left quad in his first Cactus League contest in late February. The 28-year-old's progress toward a return was slowed by a setback in mid-March, but he appears to be back on the road to recovery. Stefanic could feasibly be ready to resume game action by the end of April, though he will likely need a minor-league rehab assignment given that he logged only one plate appearance in spring training.

Angels' Brandon Drury: Absent from lineup again
Drury is not in the lineup versus the Orioles on Tuesday.
Drury took a seat in Monday's game versus the Orioles after returning to the lineup Friday. The second baseman was dealing with a hamstring injury prior to playing in all three contests of the weekend against the Reds. This marks the second consecutive game he will not start, with Luis Rengifo starting at second and batting eighth Tuesday.

Jorbit Vivas 2B | WAS
Yankees' Jorbit Vivas: Activated from Triple-A IL
Vivas (eye) has been activated from the 7-day injured list at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
Vivas suffered an orbital fracture late in spring training but is now ready for game action. The 23-year-old utility player is on the 40-man roster and could eventually push for his first big-league promotion this season.

Brandon Lowe 2B | PIT
Rays' Brandon Lowe: Takes modest step toward return
Rays manager Kevin Cash said Monday that Lowe (oblique) has started swinging a bat and fielding ground balls, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Lowe landed on the injured list April 12 with a right oblique strain but doesn't appear close to being activated, despite having been able to take part in some baseball activities. Curtis Mead and Amed Rosario will likely continue to share work at second base in Lowe's absence.

Jorge Mateo SS | ATL
Orioles' Jorge Mateo: Swipes two bags Monday
Mateo went 0-for-3 with a walk, a run and two stolen bases in Monday's 4-2 win against the Angels.
Mateo made his second start in three games and used his legs to help the Orioles score their second run, following a third-inning walk with a pair of thefts before coming home on an Adley Rutschman single. The performance was indicative of what Mateo brings to Baltimore -- he's an elite base stealer when he's able to reach, but with a career .224 batting average and .271 OBP, that doesn't happen enough to keep him in the lineup consistently. From a fantasy perspective, Mateo is most useful as a base-stealing specialist in leagues that allow daily lineup changes.
