Guardians' Josh Naylor: On bench for Game 2
Naylor isn't starting the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Blue Jays.

LaMonte Wade 1B | CHW
Giants' LaMonte Wade: Not starting Saturday
Wade will sit Saturday against St. Louis, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
Wade returned from a knee injury to make his season debut Friday against righty Jordan Hicks, going 0-for-2 with a strikeout. With lefty Steven Matz on the mound Saturday, he'll retreat to the bench, with Mike Yastrzemski shifting to right field and Austin Slater starting in center.

Alfonso Rivas 1B | STL
Cubs' Alfonso Rivas: Takes seat against southpaw
Rivas isn't starting the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Dodgers.

Alex Kirilloff LF | MIN
Twins' Alex Kirilloff: Hitting eighth, starting at 1B
Kirilloff is starting at first base and batting eighth Saturday against the Athletics.
He was activated Friday but was left on the bench against a lefty. He slots into the bottom third of the lineup against righty James Kaprielian. It seems that Kirilloff will have to earn both a prominent spot in the lineup and opportunities against same-handed pitching.

Rowdy Tellez 1B | ATL
Brewers' Rowdy Tellez: Drives in two more Friday
Tellez went 2-for-5 with a double and two RBI in Friday's 6-3 win over Atlanta.
The 27-year-old slugger continues to rake. Tellez has multiple hits in three straight games and five of his last 10, and over that stretch he's slashing .378/.452/.838 with four homers and 16 RBI. While he will still sit against the occasional lefty, Tellez appears to have seized the starting first base job for Milwaukee, and his path to everyday at-bats got clearer after Keston Hiura was optioned to Triple-A Nashville on Friday.

Luke Voit 1B | NYM
Padres' Luke Voit: Golden sombrero for El Paso
Voit (biceps) struck out in all four plate appearances with Triple-A El Paso on Friday, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
He is 0-for-13 with seven strikeouts and two walks on his rehab assignment. The expectation was that Voit would need about a week-long rehab stint, and that may still be the case, but he was also hitting .143 with 17 strikeouts in 54 plate appearances in the majors before injuring his bicep, so it's fair to be concerned about how productive he will be once activated.

LaMonte Wade 1B | CHW
Giants' LaMonte Wade: Leading off in first game back
Wade is leading off and starting in right field in his first game back from the injured list Friday against the Cardinals, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
Wade, who typically plays mostly against righties, will slot right in atop the order with Jordan Hicks on the hill for St. Louis. The lefty-hitting first baseman/outfielder had seven walks and zero strikeouts in seven rehab games.
