Contreras went 4-for-8 with a home run and four RBI as the Cardinals swept Sunday's doubleheader versus the Mets.

Contreras had a big performance in the day game, during which he collected three of his hits, including a solo home run and a two-run single. He has posted multiple hits in three of his last six games, going 8-for-20 (.400) with two homers and eight RBI in that span. For the season, he's at a .244/.322/.374 slash line with four homers, 17 RBI, 14 runs scored and two stolen bases over 34 contests as the Cardinals' primary first baseman.

Naylor went 1-for-4 with a walk, an RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 11-9 extra-inning win over the Phillies.

Naylor knocked in the tie-breaking run in the top of the 10th inning, then scored the eventual game-winning run. He's been a consistent contributor for the Diamondbacks since Opening Day, never going more than one game without reaching base safely. Naylor has a .304/.380/.472 line with six steals, four home runs, 20 RBI and 16 runs scored. From an offensive production standpoint, Arizona has not missed Christian Walker.

Mervis is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.

With southpaw JP Sears on the hill for the Athletics, the left-handed-hitting Mervis will retreat to the bench. The Marlins will give Eric Wagaman a start at first base while Mervis sits.

Triolo will start at shortstop and bat eighth in Sunday's game against the Padres.

Triolo initially served as a utility infielder upon returning from the injured list April 16, but he's been thrust into an everyday role in the middle infield. He'll pick up his sixth consecutive start and his fourth in a row at shortstop, which should be his primary home until Isiah Kiner-Falefa (hamstring) is ready to return from the IL.

Freeman went 3-for-5 with a home run, two total runs and four total RBI in a 10-3 victory against Atlanta on Saturday.

Freeman knocked in a run with a single in the fourth inning and later broke the game open with a three-run blast to center field in the eighth. In the process, the veteran first baseman extended his hitting streak to eight games -- a stretch during which he's batting a sizzling .483 (14-for-29) with two homers, 10 RBI and a 6:4 BB:K. Freeman has dealt with a lingering ankle injury at times early in the season, but he's been as potent as ever with a .338/.422/.662 slash line, six home runs and 21 RBI through 22 games.

Harper went 0-for-4 with a walk in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Diamondbacks.

Harper's recent slump continued Saturday, as he's now without a home run in 13 consecutive games. He has only four extra-base hits during this span and is batting just .176 (9-for-51) with five RBI, four runs scored and two stolen bases since April 19. Harper has reached base safely in 11 of these 13 outings, so fantasy managers should remain patient while the All-Star first baseman looks to get back on track.

Busch isn't starting against the Brewers on Saturday.

Busch had a big game versus Milwaukee in the series opener Friday, lifting a grand slam in the 10-0 win. However, the lefty-hitting first baseman will take a seat Saturday with the Brewers sending southpaw Jose Quintana to the mound. In Busch's place Saturday, Justin Turner is starting at first base and batting fifth.

Arraez went 3-for-5 with a double, a run and three RBI in Friday's 9-4 win over the Pirates.

Arraez gave the Padres a 3-2 lead with his run-scoring single in the fifth and added a two-run single in the eighth. Since returning from a stint on the 7-day concussion IL on April 29, the veteran infielder has collected at least one hit and at least one RBI in each of his three games. Arraez started slowly this season but is now batting a robust .313 -- ninth best in the National League -- as he pursues a fourth consecutive batting title.

Olson went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Friday's 2-1 loss to the Dodgers.

It was Olson's first RBI since April 23, and he extended his on-base streak to 19 games Friday. During this streak, the star first baseman is batting a healthy .265 (18-for-68) with four home runs, two doubles, 10 RBI and 15 runs scored. Olson's pedestrian .418 slugging percentage in 2025 figures to see some positive regression at some point, as he entered the day with a top-notch 57.1 percent hard-hit rate on the season.

Busch went 1-for-5 with a grand slam in Friday's 10-0 win over the Brewers.

Busch had the biggest hit of the game, a second-inning grand slam that put the Cubs on cruise control. This was his sixth homer of the season and his first since April 19 versus the Diamondbacks. He's gone just 5-for-29 (.172) over his last eight games, though that cool-off was expected after a blistering run over the middle of April. Overall, Busch is batting .278 with an .894 OPS, 19 RBI, 16 runs scored, two stolen bases, seven doubles and a triple over 31 contests.
