The Packers are releasing Jenkins (lower leg), Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Jenkins, a two-time Pro Bowler, is being released to free up roughly $19.5 million in cap space for Green Bay, with only $4.8 million in dead cap. The veteran center is expected to have a strong market in free agency. After he underwent surgery in November to repair a left lower-leg fracture it remains to be seen whether Jenkins is yet back to full health, but he ought to be in 100 percent form by the start of training camp.

Dean and the Raiders agreed to a three-year, $36 million contract Monday that includes $20 million guaranteed, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Dean spent the first four years of his NFL career with the Eagles, who selected the Georgia product in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Dean's most productive season in Philadelphia was in 2024, when he logged 128 total tackles across 15 regular-season games, though he tore the patellar tendon in his left knee during the Eagles' Super Bowl LIX run that caused him to open the 2025 season on injured reserve. Dean appeared in just 10 regular-season games last year, finishing with 55 tackles (30 solo), including a career-high 4.0 sacks, one pass defense and two forced fumbles. With Devin White and Jamal Adams both unrestricted free agents, Dean is slated to start at linebacker alongside Quay Walker in 2026.

Thomas agreed to a one-year, $3.1 million contract with the Falcons on Monday, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.

Thomas served as a rotational defensive lineman for the Browns in 2025 while also contributing on special teams, finishing with 28 tackles (seven solo), including 2.5 sacks, across 17 regular-season games. He'll follow head coach Kevin Stefanski to Atlanta, where Thomas will provide depth on the defensive line behind Ruke Orhorhoro, Brandon Dorlus (hamstring) and Zach Harrison (knee).

The Broncos released Greenlaw on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Per Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette, cutting Greenlaw provided the Broncos with $6.023 million in salary cap relief and means that Alex Singleton and Justin Strnad will both serve as Denver's starting inside linebackers for the 2026 campaign. Greenlaw inked a three-year deal with the Broncos in March of 2025 after spending the first six years of his NFL career with the 49ers. He was limited to just eight regular-season games in 2025 due to quadriceps and hamstring injuries, though he managed to play in both of Denver's playoff games and logged 10 tackles across those two contests, and he will now be a post June-1 cut. Greenlaw has appeared in just 10 regular-season games over the last two years due to multiple lower-body injuries, but the Arkansas product should garner interest from teams who are looking to add veteran depth to their linebacker corps.

Minnesota re-signed Scott on Monday, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Scott made his regular-season debut in 2025 and ultimately suited up for 16 contests with the Vikings, totaling 32 carries for 114 yards (3.6 YPC) while adding 14 catches for 98 yards and a score through the air. He also contributed on special teams. Though Minnesota's backfield could undergo significant changes over the course of the offseason, Scott appears solidified as a depth option for the 2026 campaign.

Fant is set to sign a two-year contract with the Saints, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Fant is unlikely to have much fantasy value, joining a team that signed Juwan Johnson to a three-year extension last offseason. Johnson figures to get most of the playing time in passing situations, with Fant more of a factor on early downs and in multi-TE sets. Anything more than 2-to-3 targets per game likely would depend on Johnson missing time.

Dulcich signed a one-year, $3.25 million contract with the Dolphins on Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Dulcich wasn't signed to the Dolphins' active roster until mid-October, as he spent the first few weeks of the 2025 season on the practice squad after being cut by the Giants at the end of training camp. Despite appearing in just 10 regular-season games while serving as the TE2 behind Darren Waller (groin), Dulcich compiled 26 catches (on 33 targets) for 335 yards and one touchdown, all of which were his most in a season since his rookie campaign with the Broncos in 2022 (also across 10 regular-season games). Waller is an unrestricted free agent, and if he doesn't return to Miami, that would leave Dulcich as the Dolphins' top tight end on the depth chart ahead of Julian Hill, barring an addition through free agency or the 2026 NFL Draft.

Singleton and the Broncos agreed to a two-year, $15.5 million contract Monday that includes $11 million guaranteed, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Singleton's 2024 season was cut short due to a torn ACL, but the Montana State product bounced back in a big way in 2025. He led the Broncos in stops, finishing with 135 tackles (54 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one forced fumble across 16 regular-season games, and he added another 26 combined tackles over Denver's two playoff games. Singleton has posted 100-plus tackles in five of seven NFL seasons, and his return solidifies the Broncos' interior linebacker corps that also includes Justin Strnad but not Dre Greenlaw after the latter was released Monday, per Stevens.

The Commanders signed Tunsil (oblique) to a two-year, $60.2 million contract extension Monday, Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic reports.

Tunsil's deal reportedly includes $32.5 million in a signing bonus and keeps the veteran left tackle under contract to defend the blindside of Jayden Daniels (elbow) until 2028. An oblique injury prevented Tunsil from suiting up for the final three games of the regular season, but he's expected to be fully healthy in time for OTAs.

Kelce has agreed to terms on a new deal with the Chiefs, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

After weighing his options this offseason, Kelce now is on track to play his 14th season with the Chiefs. While his 76-851-5 output in 17 regular-season games last season doesn't match his peak numbers with Kansas City, the 36-year-old remains a key cog in his team's passing attack, and in turn should maintain fantasy utility in 2026. Per Schefter, Kelce's new pact is a one-year, $12 million deal that has a maximum value of $15 million.
