The Rams waived/injured Norwood (undisclosed) on Saturday.

If Norwood clears waivers, then he would revert to the Rams' injured reserve and be forced to sit for the entire 2026 season unless an injury settlement is reached. He signed with the Rams in May as an undrafted free agent after a four-year college career at Missouri.

Rogers (undisclosed) was hurt during team drills Saturday, Sam Warren of The Athletic reports.

According to Warren, Rogers remained on the sidelines after getting hurt, which provides optimism about his status moving forward. The Texas Tech product is expected to begin the regular season in a depth role at guard.

The Texans hosted Winfree (hand) for a workout Saturday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Winfree spent a brief amount of time with the Texans during last year's training camp before being waived from the team's injured reserve in early September. He was working through a hand injury at the time but appears to have fully recovered from the injury and is looking to catch on with a team for the 2026 season. Winfree last saw regular-season action in 2023 with the Colts, appearing in eight games while failing to haul in his lone target.

Gifford did not practice Saturday due to a hamstring injury, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Gifford may have picked up the injury earlier in the week. His status for Thursday's preseason opener against the Titans will depend on whether he's cleared to return to practice leading up to the game. Gifford contributed mostly on special teams during the 2025 regular season, finishing with 35 tackles (12 solo) and one pass defense across 17 games.

Jenkins (undisclosed) participated in practice Saturday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

Jenkins was absent from practice Thursday, but it appears that whatever sidelined him wasn't a serious issue. The former Packer is expected to serve as Cleveland's starting center this season after signing with the organization in March.

Tunsil is going to be "evaluated and tested" for the injury he suffered Saturday, which appeared to be to his neck/shoulder area, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Tunsil was hurt during 1-on-1 reps and went to the locker room with team athletic trainers. Garafolo suggests that there isn't "huge panic" in the Washington organization at this point, but testing should reveal if the veteran offensive lineman suffered a serious injury. Tunsil signed a two-year, $60.2 million contract extension in March and is a huge part of the Commanders' offensive line as the starting left tackle, so any missed regular-season time would be a big blow to the team's offense.

Michael Schmitz (head) did not participate in Saturday's training camp practice, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Michael Schmitz left Friday's practice and is being evaluated for a possible concussion, per Dan Duggan of The Athletic. Lucas Patrick (ankle) also left Friday's session early, prompting the Giants to sign Brenden Jaimes to add depth at center.

The Jaguars placed DiGiorgio (undisclosed) on injured reserve Saturday.

DiGiorgio opened training camp on the active/PUP list due to an undisclosed injury. Now that he's on IR, he'll be forced to sit for the entire 2026 season unless he reaches an injury settlement with the Jaguars.

Wattenberg (undisclosed) did not participate in Saturday's training camp practice, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Per Stevens, Wattenberg sustained the injury during Monday's practice. The nature of the injury hasn't been announced, but it's prevented the 2022 fifth-rounder from practicing and puts him in jeopardy of missing Friday's preseason opener against the Falcons. Alex Forsyth would be in line to see more reps at center with the fist-team offense in Wattenberg's potential continued absence.

Jonathan, who exited practice Saturday, is managing a thigh bruise.

Coach Aaron Glenn said Saturday that Jonathan will be "fine," so it doesn't sound like he's looking at an extended absence. The veteran defensive lineman is competing for a spot on the 53-man roster, so a quick return will be important for his chance of making the club.
