Jermaine Burton WR | CIN
Bengals' Jermaine Burton: Absence continues Week 9
Burton (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears.
The 2024 third-rounder has been a healthy scratch for the first nine games of the regular season. Burton's next opportunity to play is Week 11 against the Steelers on Sunday, Nov. 16, but he's unlikely to play unless the Bengals need depth at wide receiver or a returner on kickoffs.

Bryce Oliver WR | TEN
Titans' Bryce Oliver: Inactive for Week 9
Oliver (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Ben Arthur of FoxSports.com reports.
Oliver is set to miss a second consecutive game due to a knee injury he sustained in Week 2 against the Rams. The Titans are on a bye Week 10, so he'll have extra time to recover and return for Week 11 against the Texans on Sunday, Nov. 16.

Cooper Kupp WR | SEA
Seahawks' Cooper Kupp: Likely to sit out Week 9
Kupp (heel/hamstring), who is officially questionable to play Sunday versus Washington, is not expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Coming out of a Week 8 bye, Kupp first appeared on the injury report Wednesday due to a heel injury, and he was then listed with an additional hamstring issue Thursday. After not practicing Friday, he entered the weekend deemed questionable, and he looks to be trending toward missing his first game of the season. With Kupp on track to sit out, rookie Tory Horton will likely move into the No. 2 wideout role behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba for Seattle. With depth wideouts Jake Bobo (Achilles) and Dareke Young (quadriceps) already ruled out, the Seahawks elevated Cody White and Ricky White from their practice squad to round out the position group.
-
Rashid Shaheed WR | SEA
Saints' Rashid Shaheed: Expected to play in Week 9
Shaheed, who is questionable to play against the Rams on Sunday due to a hip injury, is likely to suit up, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Shaheed logged season-high marks with nine catches and 12 targets last Sunday against Tampa Bay but also suffered a hip injury. He logged a trio of limited practices this week, which appears to be enough for him to play Sunday. Shaheed will thus likely work in his usual No. 2 wideout role behind Chris Olave.

Ray-Ray McCloud WR | CHI
Giants' Ray-Ray McCloud: Elevated for Week 9
McCloud was elevated from the Giants' practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
McCloud joined the Giants' practice squad Oct. 23 and is likely to make his team debut in Week 9 against the 49ers. His primary contribution could be as a kick returner, as he's tallied 91 kick-return yards across four games this season.
-
Michael Bandy WR | DEN
Broncos' Michael Bandy: Elevated for Week 9
Bandy was elevated from the Broncos' practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
With Marvin Mims (concussion) being ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, Bandy has been elevated to the active roster for what could be his first regular-season game as a Bronco. The wide receiver finished the preseason with six catches for 59 yards while logging 13 yards on two punt returns. Bandy will likely operate in a reserve capacity as the second punt returner behind Riley Moss. He will also be the fifth wide receiver behind Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin, Pat Bryant, and Trent Sherfield.

Ricky White III WR | SEA
Seahawks' Ricky White: Elevated for Week 9
White was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
The undrafted free agent out of UNLV could see his first NFL opportunity Sunday night, replacing the injured Dareke Young and Jake Bobo in a substantial special teams capacity, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
-
Cody White WR | SEA
Seahawks' Cody White: Elevated for Week 9
White was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
White has played five offensive snaps and six special teams snaps to this point in 2025, and he will look to continue to accumulate playing time during the Seahawks' Week 9 matchup with the Commanders. The 26-year-old wide receiver was elevated to fill in on special teams for the injured Dareke Young and Jake Bobo, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
-
Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Commanders' Treylon Burks: Elevated to active roster
Burks was elevated from the Commanders' practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Burks joined the Commanders' practice squad in mid-October after a lengthy recovery from a collarbone injury. With Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) ruled out, Burks has the chance to be active for the first time since Week 6 of the 2024 campaign.
-
Dylan Drummond WR | ATL
Falcons' Dylan Drummond: Joins active roster
Drummond was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
Drummond has once again been elevated to the active roster ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Patriots. Drummond played six offensive snaps during the Week 8 loss to the Dolphins. The elevation provides additional receiving depth to a corps that has been banged up. Both Drake London and Darnell Mooney are clear of injury designation following Friday's practice, but Drummond's presence will still provide additional safety at the wide receiver position.
