Parris Campbell WR | DAL
Colts' Parris Campbell: Another target-free outing
Campbell started Saturday's preseason win against the Buccaneers, but he wasn't targeted on 13 offensive snaps.
While Campbell saw action in all three of the Colts' exhibitions, he only saw two passes comes his way and didn't haul in either of them. He thus enters the regular season with no in-game connections with new starting quarterback Matt Ryan, and Campbell also has ample competition for targets in the form of top wide receiver Michael Pittman and rookie second-round pick Alec Pierce. On top of that, injuries have limited Campbell, a 2019 second-rounder himself, to 15 games and 34 catches through three campaigns.

Quintez Cephus WR | HOU
Lions' Quintez Cephus: Touchdown in preseason finale
Cephus caught one of three targets for five yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 19-9 loss to the Steelers.
Cephus made his preseason debut after missing most of the summer with an undisclosed leg injury. While he didn't earn many targets despite playing into the fourth quarter, he did well to get open for a touchdown on a broken play at the end of the game. Considering the Lions kept up to seven receivers on the roster last year, Cephus seems to have good odds of surviving cuts this week, especially with Jameson Williams (knee) on the PUP list.

Amon-Ra St. Brown WR | DET
Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Three catches in final exhibition
St. Brown caught three of five targets for 34 yards in Sunday's preseason finale against the Steelers.
St. Brown got to get in one more tune-up appearance, despite some key starters sitting out. The talented sophomore is looking to take a step forward after a promising rookie campaign. Expect St. Brown to be Jared Goff's primary target after the two built up a solid rapport in 2021. The Lions will be taking on the Eagles to begin the 2022 regular season on Sunday, Sept. 11.

Diontae Johnson WR | CLE
Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Injury likely isn't serious
Coach Mike Tomlin said during a halftime interview on the CBS broadcast that the shoulder injury suffered by Johnson during Sunday's preseason contest versus the Lions shouldn't be a long-term issue, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Johnson got hurt in the process of hauling in a deep ball down the left sideline from Mitch Trubisky when two Detroit defenders took him to the ground. While Johnson was quickly ruled out of the contest, the decision appears to have been one made because it's exhibition season. Still, his status in practice will be one to watch in advance of Week 1, when the Steelers pay visit to the Bengals on Sunday, Sept. 11.

Justin Hall WR | MIN
Justin Hall: Let go by Las Vegas
The Raiders waived Hall on Sunday, Josh Dubow of the Associated Press reports.
Hall signed with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Ball State, where he ended his career as the school's all-time leader in receptions (318) and receiving yards (3,385). However, he finds himself among the first wave of cuts ahead of Tuesday's 53-man roster deadline.

Diontae Johnson WR | CLE
Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Tending to shoulder injury
Johnson won't return to Sunday's preseason contest against the Lions due to a shoulder injury, Alan Saunders of PittsburghSportsNow.com reports.
Johnson was targeted just one time before his departure, as he hauled in a deep ball from Mitch Trubisky don't the left sideline for a 38-yard gain. In the process, Johnson's upper body seemed to have an awkward landing as he was tackled by a pair of Detroit defenders. The fourth-year wide receiver proceeded to visit the sideline tent before going to the locker room, at which point he was ruled out. The quick decision may have been a product of it being the preseason, but Johnson's status now bears watching in advance of the Steelers' Week 1 road matchup with the Bengals on Sunday, Sept. 11.

Darius Slayton WR | IND
Giants' Darius Slayton: Suits up Sunday
Slayton didn't catch either of his two targets in Sunday's 31-27 preseason loss to the Jets.
Slayton suited up after missing New York's second exhibition contest. Despite taking the field, however, he failed to produce. With speculation surrounding Slayton being either cut or traded ahead of Week 1, it'll be interesting to monitor his situation in the coming days.

Wan'Dale Robinson WR | TEN
Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Starts versus Jets
Robinson started and caught one of two targets for four yards while also rushing once for 11 yards in Sunday's 31-27 preseason loss to the Jets.
Robinson got involved as a runner, flashing his versatility within New York's first-team offense. The rookie second-rounder now will turn his sights toward Week 1's matchup versus the Titans, when it'll be interesting to see how much he's incorporated alongside Kenny Golladay and whether Kadarius Toney (leg) and Sterling Shepard (Achilles) will be good to go.

Tyler Johnson WR | DAL
Buccaneers' Tyler Johnson: Three catches in preseason finale
Johnson brought in three of four targets for 36 yards in the Buccaneers' 27-10 preseason loss to the Colts on Saturday night.
Johnson already seemingly has the No. 5 wideout spot sealed up, but he co-led the team in receptions in the preseason finale for good measure. The third-year receiver put together a very strong body of work in both training camp and exhibition games this summer, and given he already has a solid rapport with Tom Brady, Johnson could carve out his fair share of opportunities over the course of the regular season despite the wealth of talent ahead of him.
-
Corey Davis WR | NYJ
Jets' Corey Davis: Catches one pass
Davis caught his only target for nine yards in Sunday's 31-27 preseason win over the Giants.
Davis' reception came on New York's second offensive play. Although the veteran didn't feature for long, it was another opportunity to work with quarterback Joe Flacco, who likely will start Week 1 with Zach Wilson (knee) still sidelined. After posting 34 catches (on 59 targets) for 492 yards and four touchdowns in nine games for the Jets last season, Davis faces added competition from rookie first-rounder Garrett Wilson heading into the upcoming campaign, when Elijah Moore is anticipated to make a leap as well.
