Lemon (hamstring) won't play in Saturday's preseason game at New England, Olivia Reiner of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

Lemon has been dealing with a hamstring injury since at least Aug. 3, but he was listed as a limited participant Wednesday and Thursday in advance of this preseason Week 2 matchup. With no game action to speak of yet during exhibition season, the rookie first-round pick seems like a candidate to play this coming Friday at Cincinnati if he progresses enough in his recovery.

Wilson (knee) reverted to Philadelphia's injured reserve Saturday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Wilson was let go by Philadelphia on Friday but is set to return to the team after clearing waivers, albeit on injured reserve. The 25-year-old will now be forced to miss the entirety of the upcoming campaign unless he's waived with an injury settlement.

Kirk (calf) continued to work on a side field at Saturday's practice, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.

Kirk has been tending to a calf injury since July 26 and hasn't mixed back into drills in the meantime. There seemingly is a chance he kicks off the season on injured reserve, but he could change the tune by returning to practice or suiting up for Thursday's preseason game in Las Vegas. With all of Mike Evans (quad), rookie second-round pick De'Zhaun Stribling (shoulder) and Ricky Pearsall (knee, IR) banged up at the moment, Deebo Samuel, Demarcus Robinson, Jordan Watkins and Jacob Cowing are the top healthy and available wide receivers for the 49ers.

Evans (quadriceps) is suited up for Saturday's practice, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

After Evans departed Tuesday's joint practice with the Chargers, coach Kyle Shanahan said the veteran wide receiver was dealing with some quadriceps tightness, which resulted in his left quad being wrapped near the end of that session. Evans didn't play in Thursday's preseason win versus the Chargers, giving him just one more chance for preseason game action ahead of Week 1.

Bond cleared concussion protocol during Saturday's preseason game against the Bills.

Bond was flagged to be evaluated for a possible concussion during the second quarter of Saturday's exhibition contest. He's been cleared to return to the game, but it remains to be seen whether he'll see the field over the last two quarters.

Stribling is considered day-to-day due to a shoulder injury, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Stribling may have picked up the injury during the 49ers' 41-17 preseason win over the Chargers on Thursday, when he caught four passes on five targets for 46 yards. He's seen plenty of action over the Niners' first two exhibition games, so San Francisco could take the cautious route with the rookie second-rounder and hold him out of this Thursday's preseason finale against Las Vegas.

Bryant did not catch his only target in the Broncos' 33-13 preseason loss to the Packers on Friday.

Bryant joined Courtland Sutton and Jaylen Waddle as the Broncos' starting wideouts in Friday's preseason game. Although Bryant was listed as a starter, it remains to be seen whether he'll end up being the WR3 for the regular season, as he continues to face competition from Marvin Mims (undisclosed) and Troy Franklin. The Broncos wrap up the preseason this Friday against the Vikings.

Branch caught two of three targets for 15 yards and added a five-yard punt return in Saturday's 34-6 preseason win over the Colts.

The Falcons rested their starters for Saturday's second preseason game. Branch has yet to earn that distinction, as the rookie third-round pick appears to be behind Drake London, Jahan Dotson and Olamide Zaccheaus on the wide receiver depth chart at this stage. Branch could contribute out of the gate as a return man on special teams while working his way into a larger role in Atlanta's underwhelming WR room.

Washington is not playing in Saturday's preseason game against the Giants, C. Isaiah Smalls II of the Miami Herald reports.

Washington played in the Dolphins' preseason opener against the Commanders on Friday, Aug. 14, when he caught three passes on as many targets for 15 yards. He'll be idle for Saturday's exhibition contest, so Jalen Tolbert, Tutu Atwell and rookie third-rounder Caleb Douglas are all in line for increased work.

Wilson exited Detroit's preseason loss to the Commanders on Saturday due to a knee injury, Justin Rogers of DetroitFootball.net reports.

Wilson left the game after landing hard on his knee while making a catch. While the exact nature of the injury is currently unknown, there's concern it could be serious. Wilson was expected to serve as a depth receiver during the upcoming campaign before getting hurt.
