Conklin had two receptions for 26 yards on three targets in Sunday's win over Detroit.

Conklin's low output (a season low in targets) was probably due to Minnesota's conservative game plan that turned to the running game in the second half. However, Conklin played on 50 of the offense's 67 snaps, and went out for a pass on 26 plays, about his season average. He has a stable role in the passing offense, but his upside may be limited by a lack of targets.

Yeboah didn't see the field on offense in Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Falcons.

Yeboah's action in his NFL debut consisted of just five special teams snaps. The rookie tight end doesn't seem ready to meaningfully contribute, even if Tyler Kroft (back) ends up missing more time.

Smith was on the field for 40 of a possible 64 snaps on offense in Sunday's 25-22 win over the Texans, en route to catching both of his targets for 27 yards and rushing once for five yards, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

Fellow tight end Hunter Henry also logged 40 snaps in the contest but was more active in the team's Week 5 passing attack, hauling in six of his eight targets for 75 yards and a TD. After recording nine catches over the Patriots' first two games, Smith has notched a total of six receptions in the team's three subsequent contests. Though the 26-year-old is capable of turning in a fantasy-worthy effort on any given week, operating in a timeshare makes him a hit-or-miss lineup option.

Lewis was targeted twice and caught two passes for 34 yards in Sunday's 25-22 victory over the Bengals.

Lewis did not do a whole lot Sunday, but he did come up with a 20-yard reception on what turned out to be the game-winning drive in overtime. With four receptions for 60 yards on the season, Lewis is not putting up the type of numbers that will help fantasy players as he often acts as a sixth offensive lineman and focuses on blocking assignments rather than being used as a receiving threat.

Moreau played a season-low 15 offensive snaps in Sunday's 20-9 loss to the Bears.

Moreau has logged just 32 total offensive snaps over the Raiders' past two games, failing to see a target in either contest as well. He's recorded three total receptions through the first five weeks of the season.

Tonyan was targeted twice and caught one pass for eight yards in Sunday's 25-22 victory over the Bengals.

This type of line has become the norm for Tonyan, who has been limited to eight receiving yards or fewer in four of his five appearances this season. It does not appear that Week 6 will be when he gets on track, as he and the Packers will take on a Bears defense that has contained Darren Waller and T.J. Hockenson over the past two weeks and has allowed just one touchdown to tight ends this season.

Brown caught two of three targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 25-22 loss to New England.

Brown had his best game since Week 1, when he caught four of five targets for 67 yards. Since then, the fourth-year tight end has three catches on six targets for 28 yards. Brown is the position group's snap-count leader through five games, but the offense has largely sputtered since rookie Davis Mills took over at quarterback.

Akins caught two of two targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 25-22 loss to the Patriots.

Akins leads Houston's tight ends in targets (12) and catches (eight), but there's not a lot of fantasy value coming from the team's passing game in general. Fellow tight ends Pharaoh Brown and Antony Auclair share the load while currently playing with an inconsistent rookie quarterback in Davis Mills.

Seals-Jones caught five of eight targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 33-22 loss to New Orleans.

Seals-Jones played 82 of Washington's 83 offensive snaps, directly replacing an injured Logan Thomas (hamstring), who also will be out for Weeks 6 and 7 at a minimum. While his production Sunday was modest, Seals-Jones has the necessary workload and athleticism to maintain fantasy relevance at tight end for the time being. He'll take on a struggling Kansas City defense in Week 6, with some potential for extra targets if Washington continues to struggle with injuries at wide receiver.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said Kelce suffered "a little bit of a stinger" during Sunday's 38-20 loss to the Bills, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports.

The injury happened late enough that the tight end still caught six of 10 targets for 57 yards and a touchdown while playing 87 percent of snaps. Kelce hasn't missed a game due to injury since his 2013 rookie campaign, but it does sound like he'll be listed on the injury report for Week 6 at Washington along with Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) and Tyreek Hill (knee). Only Edwards-Helaire made a clear exit from the game.
