Seals-Jones caught five of eight targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 33-22 loss to New Orleans.

Seals-Jones played 82 of Washington's 83 offensive snaps, directly replacing an injured Logan Thomas (hamstring), who also will be out for Weeks 6 and 7 at a minimum. While his production Sunday was modest, Seals-Jones has the necessary workload and athleticism to maintain fantasy relevance at tight end for the time being. He'll take on a struggling Kansas City defense in Week 6, with some potential for extra targets if Washington continues to struggle with injuries at wide receiver.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said Kelce suffered "a little bit of a stinger" during Sunday's 38-20 loss to the Bills, Herbie Teope of The Kansas City Star reports.

The injury happened late enough that the tight end still caught six of 10 targets for 57 yards and a touchdown while playing 87 percent of snaps. Kelce hasn't missed a game due to injury since his 2013 rookie campaign, but it does sound like he'll be listed on the injury report for Week 6 at Washington along with Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) and Tyreek Hill (knee). Only Edwards-Helaire made a clear exit from the game.

Tremble caught two of four targets for 12 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Eagles.

Tremble found space for a five-yard touchdown early on, marking the first receiving score of his career. The rookie third-rounder played at least 25 offensive snaps for the second straight game, enabling him to see his most targets so far despite still featuring behind starter Ian Thomas, who finished with four catches on five targets for 40 yards.

Bryant was not targeted over 31 snaps in Sunday's 47-42 loss to the Chargers.

It was the second time in three weeks without a catch for Bryant. Austin Hooper also went untargeted in Sunday's loss, but David Njoku's breakout performance -- six catches, 149 yards, one touchdown -- suggests Bryant has fallen to a deep third on the tight end depth chart.

Thomas caught four of five targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Eagles.

Thomas once again played over 60 percent of Carolina's offensive snaps and helped the team with a couple of gains for first downs. With a long reception of 24 yards, Thomas enjoyed his best performance of the campaign, and although rookie Tommy Tremble managed a five-yard touchdown early, Thomas' outing Sunday still offers a slight boost to his fantasy stock ahead of Week 6's matchup versus the Vikings.

Hooper was not targeted over 52 offensive snaps in Sunday's 47-42 loss to the Chargers.

Quarterback Baker Mayfield did not look Hooper's way, leaving the tight end without a catch for the first time in 2021. Instead, David Njoku was targeted seven times and rolled up a career-high 149 receiving yards. With Harrison Bryant also in the mix, it's tough to predict which Cleveland tight end might make an impact in any given week, even in a favorable matchup.

Knox caught three of four targets for 117 yards and a score in Sunday's win over Kansas City.

Knox topped the next-best Buffalo receiver by 48 yards and the league's best tight end on the other sideline by 60 yards on a night to remember for the Bills and their budding young tight end. Knox has clearly taken a major step forward, aided by the fact that he's dropping far fewer passes this season. Knox now has five TD catches in his last four outings -- those five scores lead all tight ends in what's been one of fantasy's most surprising developments. He also sits fifth in yardage at the position. Hopefully you picked him up already, as this will be the last free-agent period he's on almost any league's waiver wire.

Kelce had six receptions (10 targets) for 57 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 38-20 loss to the Bills.

Kelce got back in the mix after allowing Tyreek Hill to shine last week against the Eagles. The star tight end posted his first touchdown in three weeks and fourth overall this season. There is a chance that Kelce is even more heavily involved in next week's game plan, as the Washington Football Team may not give Patrick Mahomes a lot of time in the pocket, so shorter routes by Kelce may be needed to combat the fierce pass rush.

Gentry brought in one of his two targets for 13 yards in Sunday's 27-19 win over the Broncos.

Gentry hadn't been targeted more than once in any of the first four games of the season, but he drew two targets in Week 5 and led the team's tight ends with 13 yards. However, the 25-year-old hasn't been a reliable fantasy contributor with three receptions for 21 yards across the first five weeks of the 2021 campaign.

Freiermuth hauled in both of his targets for seven yards in Sunday's 27-19 win over the Broncos.

Freiermuth had recorded at least 11 yards in each of his first four appearances of the season, but he had minimal production while splitting time with Eric Ebron and Zach Gentry. The rookie has a more favorable matchup against Seattle in Week 6, but he's been unable to secure a significant role to begin his career.
