Horsted went without a target across four snaps on offense in Sunday's 25-20 loss to the Colts.

Though he's served as the Raiders' No. 2 tight end in each of the past four games while Darren Waller (hamstring) has been sidelined, Horsted hasn't benefited from a dramatic increase in playing time. Horsted has taken no more than five snaps in any of those four contests while Foster Moreau has stepped into a full-time role in the absence of Waller. Moreau hasn't seen his snap share on offense fall below 95 percent in any of the past four weeks.

Bates failed to draw a target during Monday's 32-21 win over the Eagles.

Bates was on the field for 41 of Washington's 83 snaps on offense in the upset victory, with his 49 percent share representing his highest mark since Week 5. It's worth noting that Bates ran just eight routes on the night, as the Commanders implemented a run-heavy game plan that often featured Bates sharing the field with top tight end Logan Thomas. On the occasions the Commanders are looking to pass, Thomas is still expected to rank ahead of Bates as the team's preferred option at tight end.

Thomas hauled in two of his four targets for 12 yards in Monday's 32-21 win over the Eagles.

Since missing three straight games from Weeks 5 through 7, Thomas has seen his snap share gradually increase over the Commanders' subsequent three contests. After logging 56 percent of the Commanders' snaps on offense in his return to the lineup Week 8 against the Colts, Thomas bumped up to 70 percent Week 9 versus the Vikings before climbing to 73 percent Monday. Now that his calf injury is further behind him, Thomas should continue to fend off John Bates for No. 1 tight-end duties, but the role hasn't been as fruitful in 2022 for the 31-year-old as it had been the previous two seasons. Through his seven appearances this season, Thomas is averaging just 3.9 targets per game, well down from the 6.1 he averaged in 22 outings between the 2020 and 2021 campaigns.

Mitchell secured his only target for four yards during Sunday's 31-30 win over the Bears.

While Mitchell didn't build upon his two-catch outing in Week 9, the fifth-round rookie saw an uptick in playing time as the Lions attempt to replace T.J. Hockenson. Meanwhile, starter Brock Wright saw a slight downtick in snaps but was still able to find the end zone. Mitchell will look to up his involvement in Week 11 against the Giants.

Gray recorded two receptions for 20 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-17 win over the Jaguars.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes found both of his top two tight ends for scores in the Week 10 victory, as Travis Kelce also cashed in with a seven-yard touchdown grab late in the third quarter. Kelce remains locked in as the Chiefs' top pass catcher and arguably the best fantasy tight end, but Gray often shares the field with him and has held a consistent, albeit low-upside role within the Kansas City offense. In the Chiefs' nine games, Gray's offensive snap share has ranged between 41 and 57 percent, and he's drawn between one and three targets in each of those contests.

Alie-Cox went without a target while playing 36 of the Colts' 59 snaps on offense in Sunday's 25-20 win over the Raiders.

Even though he benefited from a slight boost in playing time with one member of the Colts' three-man tight-end committee out of the lineup in Jelani Woods (shoulder), Alie-Cox couldn't come through with any useful numbers. The bulk of Alie-Cox's fantasy production for the season came Week 3, when he scored two touchdowns and caught six passes for 85 yards. In his other nine appearances, Alie-Cox has mustered only seven receptions for 64 yards and no scores.

Calcaterra could benefit from an uptick in snaps with top tight end Dallas Goedert potentially sidelined for multiple weeks after suffering a shoulder injury in Monday's loss to the Commanders, Zach Berman of The Athletic reports.

Jack Stoll has played 40 percent of the Eagles' snaps on offense this season and has been the clear No. 2 tight end through the team's first nine games, but he's been deployed almost exclusively as a blocker and has recorded just eight receptions through 25 career games. As such, the Eagles could look to the likes of Calcaterra and Tyree Jackson (knee) -- who is on the PUP list but could be activated Week 11 -- to help pick up the slack in the pass-catching department, although Goedert's 5.9 targets per game are more likely to be dispersed throughout the offense. Calcaterra hasn't played more than 17 snaps in any game in 2022 and hasn't drawn a target since he recorded a 40-yard reception in Week 3.

Though Goedert's absence should open up more playing time, the Eagles are unlikely to turn to the 24-year-old Stoll to handle a high-volume pass-catching role. Instead, look for Goedert's 5.9 targets per game to get dispersed among a slew of players. Rookie Grant Calcaterra and Tyree Jackson (knee) -- who is on the PUP list but could be activated for Week 11 -- are also candidates to take on more snaps at tight end.

Hopkins reeled in one of his two targets for an 11-yard gain in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Cardinals.

Suiting up for the fourth contest in a row after serving a three-game suspension earlier in the season, Hopkins once again served as the primary backup to Tyler Higbee. Hopkins narrowly cleared 20 percent of the Rams' offensive snaps for the second straight game, and he could have a path to seeing a slight uptick in playing time moving forward even while Higbee remains healthy. With star wideout Cooper Kupp (ankle) undergoing surgery Wednesday and set to miss at least four games, the Rams will need to turn to a collection of players to replace his 10.8 targets per game. While some of that volume will be diverted to the run game, the Rams could explore using more two tight-end sets featuring both Higbee and Hopkins, the latter of whom was a standout pass catcher during his college days at Purdue.

Indianapolis cut Daniels from its practice squad Tuesday.

Daniels joined the Colts' practice squad ahead of Week 10 but wasn't elevated for Sunday's matchup against the Raiders and has been released a week later. In a corresponding move, Indianapolis signed linebacker Tyrell Adams to its practice squad.
